Service was less than attentive. Our server Morgan looked like she may have been spread a little thin. Ordered from the Oktoberfest menu. The jaeger schnitzel was okay, but not as good as previous times that I have had it. Portion was small, not enough of the gravy and the spaetzli was gummy. My wife ordered the large Spinach Salad off of the Octoberfest menu. This was more or less the Chopped Salad with egg and hot bacon dressing along with a few leaves of spinach. Not our best experience as of late.
jeff was are waiter. he is awesome.
30 minute wait for meals to arrive. Ser ver never introduced himself and was always in kitvhen or another room hanging out with other wait staff. Salad drowned in vinegar. Veal was burnt. When brought to business attention, told take outs get priorioty.
Service was incredibly slow. Took forever to get our cocktails. Dinners were served about 40 minutes after ordering. When they finally came, they had obviously been under a warming light for a good while. All dry and nasty looking. We sent 2 of 4 back. After 2 people finished their disgusting dinners, the 2 others were served not looking too good. Told the host at the desk that dinner was so slow and awful. He responded with "Have a good night". Guess they really care.
Atria's Peter's Twp. was enjoyable and would come back again.
We enjoyed our meals. But at 6:30 you were already out of the crispy pork shank that one of us was really looking forward to.
Octoberfest menu is always good here. The red cabbage is so tasty and goes with most items on the menu. The carrot cake is also excellent and large enough for four!
Sat outside on the patio and had excellent service from Jeff, as always.
We enjoy going to this Atria's in Peters.
Birthday for my wife and we always like the Peters Township location for the atmosphere and service
Oktoberfest is always worth stopping in and enjoying their food.
Our food was good. There was a small wait because we didn't order an app or a salad. No refills were given. Service was good but our server spent most of her time setting up fruit and simple syrup for the bar. We sat at a high top but the doors were open.
Love, love this place!!!
Made reservations for outdoor seating when I was told they had heaters. Arrived and was told heaters did NOT WORK ! Brrrr.....
The restaurant was comfortable, the service(Allie) was great and the food was good.
The food, service and ambience were excellent as always. My only complaint is I asked for a couple slices of bread and was told that they no longer serve bread since Covid. Not quite sure what the connection is there.
Our waiter , Jeffrey, was very attentive, pleasant, and entertaining. Our food was prepared perfectly and was very enjoyable.
Delicious Oktoberfest food and very great service. Great choice for husband’s birthday dinner.
Tasty Octoberfest menu. Excellent waitress who was very helpful in describing the entrees!
Good was fantastic. Their Oktoberfest food feels like you are eating in Germany.
They were out of something I very much wanted. Other than that, the food was very good.
Our visit to Atria’s was perfect! Jeff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. He made us feel right at home. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!
Glad to be able to go there!
Good service and food!
Service and food was excellent. My Octoberfest pork shank was FANTASTIC!
Although we haven’t been to Atria’s for a while (Covid) we always try to go for Octoberfest. Have to say we were disappointed this year. Food was cold starting with the beer cheese soup and ending with our entrees. We were given an order of spatzels to go because my husband commented on how disappointed we were.
We also had an overlap of waitresses waiting on us which became very confusing. Will we go back? Yes, at some point but not happy. With all the restrictions on dining out right now we have been trying to help different establishments. Sorry, but Atria’s hit the bottom of my list.
My wife and I came here for date night and it was exceptional. We ate off of the Oktoberfest menu and it did not disappoint. The service and food were outstanding. We will return!
Great atmosphere and food!
I can’t wait to come back.
Great food. Comfortable accommodations. Easy to make reservations. Table was ready.
The only thin was that we wanted outdoor seating and would have been without an umbrella table. We weren’t happy we had to sit inside but it was pleasant and distanced. I guess I have to be more spacific with my reservation.
As always, the Octberfest menu didn’t disappoint! Very good.
We’ve been here many times and general enjoy it. This time our reservation was at 7, we didn’t get seated until 7:30. They made that right by giving us free apps, but the apps took 30 minutes to come out! Bad experience at a good restaurant. Even with eating quickly and paying immediately, we were there over 2 hours. Still would recommend it because we’ve had many good experiences in the past.
Captain Jack was the best! Thanks.
I look forward to the restaurant's Oktoberfest features each year and again, it does not disappoint. My Jagerschnitzel with spaetzle ($18), bavarian cheese soup ($6 for a bowl), and Oktoberfest beer ($6 a bottle) were all excellent. As usual, the restaurant offers an attractive and comfortable environment and excellent service from customer-focused staff members. One of our favorites is Allison, whom we have had the pleasure of getting to know through many occasions on which she has served us. She makes us feel welcome and appreciated, and like a member of the Atria's family. This continues to be a neighborhood gem.
Friday night date night with my wife
We enjoyed a nice dinner here from their annual Oktoberfest menu. We got a nice patio table after waiting for an extra ten minutes beyond our reservation time. Food was very good and server was cordial. Things did slow down a lot when it came time for leftovers and the check.
Cheers to the very friendly and handsome young man — Cooper? — who was working the host desk. Might try some family size to go items next time.
We had a good meal but one of the wait st
This was our first visit back for happy hour since Covid, the way you handled the social distancing of tables was beautiful, well done! We enjoyed the Oktoberfest menu immensely. Trying the Schweizer Scubilg did not disappoint, you had me at puff pastry! The famous JagerMeister platter was a perfect sampler, while the potato pancakes were great, they could’ve used a ramekin of applesauce. As always, Atria’s is the perfect happy hour/date night spot ~ we’ll be back soon.
Outdoor seating was sunny and hot. More umbrellas would help.
Bread service is a staple of Atria’s and somehow bread is not possible to be served during covid. Doesn’t really make sense. We would not have gone if we knew.
Entering the restaurant we were greeted by the host who had very little personality and was kind of robotic. Of all the tables in the restaurant, we got stuck at a table in the corner. This is what we got for doing reservations through Open Table. Got seated and a server came to take our drink order but explained that she wasn’t our server. Our server did come over and took our order. Ordered crab bisque which was good, fish sandwich/fries and chopped salad with chicken, all good. The salad was entered as a large salad ($10.00) and added chicken ($5.00), but on the menu it was ($14.50). Couldn’t be bothered to debate the $.50. Just not sure why it came on the bill that way. All in all, not bad. Our first visit back after a terrible experience after your reopening after the renovation. Laura was our server and she was very attentive. It’s a shame we got stuck in the corner, otherwise we had a decent experience.
Food and service was excellent. Atmosphere was very good.
