Great service and food!!
Atrias new winter menu(began 12/1/20) is very welcoming and delicious Check out some new additions plus the return of some old favorites.Because the restaurant is large &all protocols regarding covid 19 are observed it's most comfortable.
Overall very good food and value. Only complaint is french fries are greasy, too thin and were over cooked.
For it being quite "dead" in the restaurant the service was lackluster.
Food is excellent, service was great, prices are on point w/ quality & service. Menu is a tad limited but may be due to the pandemic. Always a peasant experience when we visit Atria’s.
We walked out after waiting 15 minutes in a booth and not being acknowledged. There was only one other party seated when we came in, so they were not busy at all. Another party was seated after us, placed and received their drinks and placed their food order. We were seated by a host, but neither of the two waiters ever came over to us.
Everyone’s dinner was absolutely delicious. We saved room for dessert....carrot cake....and brought home doggy bags. Everyone was soooo full.
Everything was Great until the Chef decided to cook my food the way he wanted it to be when I sent it back it came back worse.
Excellent food. Excellent service. Friendly staff--go out of their way to make an enjoyable experience. Very crowded the day I was there--everyone was hustling to make sure everyone was taken care of.
Atrias is always a welcoming spot-really looking forward to the new Winter Menu which begins on the Tues after Thanksgiving-11/30/20-looks very interesting.Restaurant is spacious so social distancing is easily accomplished
SullyO.
Not sure what happened this time at Atrias. Started off well with the seating-- but down hill from there.
It was not crowded and they seemed to have adequate staff (even though management did nothing to help in the times they were seen standing at the dining room entrance).
It took a while to have anyone greet after being seated, then waited for water, then waited to put in the appetizer order. We should have placed our meal order at the same time as it took quite a while for the appetizer to appear and she did not take our meal order until it arrived.
Ordered three salads and a soup for the meal--- 20 minute wait and one of the salads was the wrong one. It would have been better off if I got up and got my own water refilled as there was no checking on our table other than one time to let us know the meals would be coming soon. I still had to ask to get my water refilled.
The amazing thing is that it took 20 minutes to get salads to the table, but a manager did notice me looking around for our waitress and came over to the table. He was miraculously able to get the correct salad back in about 1 minute-- but it was obvious as they tossed it together in a hurry with items missing from it.
Then it was waiting for boxes and another wait to get the check.
Will we go back?--- Probably. But not before we check out other places now.
Jimmy Wans is always on the ball, plus good food. So that will be our go to now.
We love eating here on a beautiful day outdoors on the patio as we just aren't ready to venture eating indoors yet. Wait staff was awesome as well as the food.
Excellent! Fine venue, excellent, friendly service and the best reuben sandwich I have ever been served.
Be sure to try it yourself!
This was my wife's birthday, I asked for a quiet table. Everything was perfect. Our waitress Samantha was very attentive, and charming.
Dinner was delicious.
This was our first visit to the Atria's in O'Hara, we will be back again.
service was good except the waiter never asked my wife if she would like another glass of wine. he kept my 2 male companions supplied with pepsi and did ask if I wanted another beer.
Overall the meal was good, particularly the filet. I did ask about the mixed green salad prior to ordering and was assured it was mixed greens, not chopped iceberg. What I received was iceberg with 3-4 pieces of spring mix added. I did mention it to the server, who replied they probably didn't mix the proportions well. No offer to correct it. At one point I did ask for bread, and was told, due to the covid, they have discontinued bread service. What does covid have to do with a piece of bread, unless you previously used to recycle the leftovers.... Sigh....
Our server James was outstanding! We loved all the Oktoberfest food!
We live about 45 minutes away from this Atria's, but it was well worth the drive!!
Great experience!! Our service was great. Best restaurant meal in these trying times. Food was great also.
The Octoberfest Menu is outstanding!!Try it before the end of the month. The regular menu makes it very possible for everyone to be pleased &satisfied.Service is always excellent.
Daniel was an excellent server. Knowledgeable and thorough. The October fest food was very good
no comment.....................................................
Please Bring back happy hours apps/drink specials and bread service with dinner.
Steaks were outstanding as always.
Service, Matt Over, excellent.
Service , Matt/Jason/Ron keep me coming back
Love the Oktoberfest menu and have dined several times while in effect. This visit however took a very long time to get drinks ( 25minutes ) . Other than that, food was sehr gut and we will definitely go back.
Another great trip to one of our favorites! My husband and I usually go for date night, but this time we brought our 90+ year old grandparents with us because we all love the Oktoberfest menu. Our meals were delicious and the company perfect! My grandparents knew the manager, Jason from Bonnie and Clyde’s in Wexford and were very happy to see him again! Thanks for a great night out!
Always a good evening out. Look forward to Oktoberfest every year.
This was the first time that I went to a restaurant since the beginning of the pandemic in March. I have been very reluctant to take the risk. I was impressed that they followed all guidelines and I was comfortable there. In addition, the staff were very friendly and professional and the food was delicious. I highly recommend Atria’s.
Our server was wonderful, pleasant, attentive, allowed us to linger and enjoy our post lunch conversation.
Great food and a truly authentic Oktoberfest menu. Friendly waitstaff but maybe not enough servers for the weekend crowd - they were all very busy it seemed. Love this place!
Pleasant outdoor dining along with good food and service.
We have a family of September birthdays to celebrate. Our go-to Restaurant has been Atria’s Richland Township, but with its permanent closure, we chose the patio seating in O’Hara Township. Happy to report that the experience has won us over to this alternative location. The chilled but pleasant almost-fall evening began after a 💯 accommodating booking experience on Open Table! From there, greetings were warm and efficient to our reserved location outdoors. Our server, Daniel, seamlessly delivered A-1 service from first approach to final dessert! The bus-man removed dishes with ultra-polite courtesy and kind interaction! Their manager stopped by enthusiastically midway through our dining to assure that all aspects of our visit met with satisfaction...again 💯+! We give these resounding high marks and will return for another time of dining out with Atria’s where there was a favorite menu selection for every member of our family (especially during Octoberfest!) DELICIOUS 😋 Additionally, we not only felt “safe” but also truly valued as customers! “We’ll be back” or so the appropriate saying made famous by Arnold Schwarzenegger goes! Thank you one and all, Atria’s, a Pittsburgh prominence in dining experiences still...post-Pandemic reopening!
This is one if the best Atria locations. Food very good. Service was great.
First time we tried the Sunday brunch menu - it was delicious!
Great time. Great food
Atria's is the restaurant we love to meet friends at. It is easy to find. The food is great. I had the Chicken pot Pie. It was so big and very tasty. My fife had the Chicken Marcel. The chicken was moist, the pasta was good and the portions were good size. Tuesday night they have a martini specials. The best part was the price, very reasonable! Many of our friends like to go there for lunch or dinner. Never had a bad meal there.
The food is so amazing! Honestly, do yourself a favor and make a trip for dinner or lunch.
I had the pasta diablo and my friend had the meatloaf. So flavorful and huge portions.
We dine at Atria's quite a bit, it's one of our favorite restaurants. We like the O'Hara Township location as it is not overcrowded as is the Murrysville location. Our server was friendly and attentive, very professional.
I had the Crab Cakes with Garlic Broccoli and Island Rice, my husband had the Stacked Meatloaf. We like the novel presentations of some of the entrees, such as the Stacked Meatloaf. It's nice to see a restaurant have fun with a dish.
Our food was very good, with the exception of the Island Rice. I prefer the Jasmine Rice they previously served. Also, the rice was lukewarm and gummy, so it must have been sitting around. Other than that, food was excellent and beer was cold. What else could we ask for?
We were greeted by a friendly hostess and manager and sat 20 minutes before reservation, The food was excellent The lighting was to bright, some ceiling panels were missing.
We were out for an anniversary dinner, and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Service was prompt, our food came very quickly, and was well prepared. We were seated in a corner booth, which made the experience that much more special. We felt Aria's offers a really strong value proposition.
Limited menu with over priced meals. Took advantage of Valentines Day with higher than normal pricing. The restaurant was half full but they seemed extremely stressed with service. Also yelling in the kitchen that could be heard in the dining area.
Great food and service.
