Atria's - Murrysville Ratings and Reviews
Very disappointed. I made reservations over a month ago for a special occasion. When we showed up for our reservation, the waitress gave us a hard time because we were a party of seven. She walked away before I could explain to her we made reservations. We had the same woman wait on the small table they crammed us into. It was terrible service from start to finish. It wasn’t a good experience at all and I will never be going back. Also, beware- they don’t cook the chicken all the way and one of our members in the party got food poisionjnf.
We went there for thanksgiving dinner. It was really crowded but we were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation. It was noisy I guess because of the crowd. It was difficult to talk to each other. The food was good. The price was well worth it. Our server seemed nice but we had to ask for silverware and then for water and also for a pepper shaker. I imagine service might be better if it weren't so crowded.
My husband and i wanted to go out to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary but did not want to go downtown Pittsburgh. We tossed a few ideas around and decided to go to Atrias in Murrysville. We were not disappointed. We made our reservation using Open Table and arrived shortly before the allotted time. We were taken immediately to our table and the excellent service never stopped until we left. The wait staff was very attentive without being intrusive. The food was excellent from appetizers to dessert. My husband ordered the twin filets and crab cakes. I had the crab stuffed shrimp which came with a side of linguini. I never expect the side of pasta to be all that much. But the pasta was excellent. Lots of flavor and it kept me going for more.We told them we were there to celebrate our anniversary and the waitress didn't hesitate to congratulate us and comp our dessert. The chef also came out to congratulate us as well. While we thought we were "settling" for this restaurant because we didn't want to go downtown to a more " upscale" restaurant , it wasn't the case at all. Everything about our experience was more than we've often experienced at some of those others. Would highly recommend the Murrysville Atrias.
I just love the Sherry Crab Bisque soup!! It is awesome! Our waitress (Nicole) was just wonderful, and served us well. The Pineapple Upside Down Martini was tasty. The Atria's in Murrysville is one of our favorite eateries. We are going there for Thanksgiving. If you have a menu, please send it to this e-mail.
I normally enjoy this restaurant very much, but the service was terrible. We were offered bread, we said yes, it never came. We had to ask a while later for it. Drinks took a LONG time. No offer for pepper on salad or entrees. I walked over and got the grinder myself. No paper towels in the men's room. Bent tines on one of the chilled salad forks. Always had to ask for another drink, never swung by to ask if we needed one. Only asked how meal was AFTER we were finished. They just missed the mark on a lot of details. Frankly it was disappointing.
Drinks at bar were good. Helpful and friendly bartenders.
The food was good. The restaurant was not crowded, but our server and those who bussed the tables were constantly asking if we were done eating. Sometimes they did this while our forks were in our hands and we were chewing!
We had nine requests if we had finished yet---again the restaurant was not crowded!!
My dining companion was frustrated and angry. She stated that she was going to call the manager and vowed never to return.
Meanwhile, we had to ask for things several times, because they were not brought to the table. My dining companion did not get what she ordered and it had to be sent back to the kitchen.
She and I have been to other locations of Atria's and have always enjoyed it.
This was our first (and last) experience. at this location. The constant interruptions ruined a potentially enjoyable evening.
We were very disapointed. We went for the Octoberfest menu. My wife ordered schnitzel which came out visibly burned and with a burned taste. I ordered sauerbraten which came out barely warm and spaetzle which came out cold. I suspect the spaetzle came out of a box.
Atria's always delivers quality meals. I was there with my husband and enjoyed a delicious birthday dinner. Best crab cakes around! My husband tried something from the Oktoberfest menu and was more than pleased with his selection. Thank you Atria's for another wonderful night out!
We have eaten at this Atria's on several occasions as it is one of our favorite eateries. The menu and wine selections are always top notch. We have never been disappointed in anything we have ordered. The service is always excellent, with the staff being very attentive and friendly. This time; however, we had the best server we can remember having at any establishment in some time. Her name is Katherine and she was very informative about the menu and wine selections; was always available for any questions or requests. She definitely went above and beyond her job responsibilities for us that night. She didn't even know we were celebrating our 38th anniversary as we never mentioned that was the reason for us eating out on that night.
The service was very slow. Our table was near the kitchen and we could smell all kinds of food smells, which was not very appetizing. I ordered salmon, and it was just fair. Some of the people at my table said their food was not very good at all, in fact, one said the French fries were the worst she has ever had. One person ordered the scallops and got four extremely small scallops. Her plate did not look good at all. I have been there several times and always had a good experience, but not this time. I wonder if it changed owners or something.
We came for to hear Judi Figel sing and she was great! We loved the raspberry lemonade martinis. Everyone who ordered various salads thoroughly enjoyed them. I had an Octoberfest preview meal of veal, potato pancakes, and sauerkraut which was delicious! The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and our service was very good. Atria's gave us a really enjoyable evening.
