Received a gift card to Atrias, and we were pleased to use it after going to a movie. Had reservations, and we were seated right on time. Took advantage of their retro Tuesday special, and had a wonderful meal at a very nice price. Atrias continues to be one of our favorite dining destinations.
Could have cooked a better meal at home.
I think our server was either new or very tired.
Service was just ok. Never asked if we wanted more drinks or dessert.
Always good food and great service
First time at atrias. Very nice though our table was near busy kitchen and server entrance. Chair bumped several times. Waiter, Steve, was terrific--helpful but not intrusive. Food was delicious. Will go bavk again.
It was my husband's birthday and we are members of Atrias birthday club. We did not receive certificate this year. This has happened before and manager has honored with free entree. Server did not attempt to honor and said to email company. They did nothing special for my husband. Not even to say happy birthday. Restaurant was near empty. It was never like this before ( always crowded).I can see that things are changing. It is not special anymore
I was meeting two of my high school friends. One of which I hadn’t seen in fifty years! We had a wonderful experience. The food and service was excellent
Amazing personable service, VERY substantial stacked meatloaf, tasty fried zucchini & enough leftovers for a 2nd meal🙃
Crowed Saturday night, glad we were able to make last minute reservations through Open Table because the wait was long. Once seated, food was excellent. Mixed drinks were ok but expensive. Would go back for meatloaf special and carrot cake alone.
Our food was outstanding, from the soup and salad, to the entrée, to the dessert. We loved it. Steve was our server and he did a fine job. Looking forward to our next visit to Atria's.
Consistently good food, good service and fair prices.
We’ve been going to Atria’s since we moved to the area in 2012. Always a great experience, consistently good service & food. I received a birthday coupon & we decided to go last Saturday night for dinner with our young son. We arrived early & went to the bar for a drink. It was a very unpleasant experience. The bar tender did not welcome us but rather annoyed, asked us if we were “there for drinks or just waiting for a table”. We went to the bar for both. Strange question. She complained to the guests next to us about how she couldn’t wait for her shift to be over since she was so tired. She then “cleaned” the bar where we were sitting with a dirty wet rag, leaving the bar wet. I dried it afterwards so I could sit comfortably. She was having a bad day & went on to complain about her health issues to the other guests next to us. She never had a smile on her face or pleasant word with us. Maybe she wasn’t happy that our son was seated at the half empty bar. (Never an issue in the past.) We couldn’t wait to be seated. Usually our bar experience is a great beginning to a great meal. According to our receipt, her name was Nicole. Luckily,!we had great service & a great meal with Jennifer as our server. We usually get a visit from a manager at our table to check on how everything is going. That didn’t happen, we would have addressed our concerns at that time. Please don’t let this happen again. We’ve had consistently great experiences there in the past.
The food and drinks were great. We sat at a high top table in a high traffic area, which was the only downfall.
The service was a little bit slow, but it was at a busy time. The food was good.
The food was very good and our server was great. The only thing that wasn't as great was the location of our table- which was near the kitchen with many workers constantly walking behind me. I did see them carrying out many delicious looking chicken pot pies...which I want to go back and try!!
This was our first visit so I don't know that I can provide an accurate review of the restaurant. I can say, however, that we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The food and service were excellent and the prices not bad. We look forward to visiting Atria's again soon.
Made a late reservation on new years eve, was accompanied every one was friendly, even though we got there at 815 and they were closing at 9 pm we were there till 945 felt comfortable are waiter back on the patio not sure of his name but he has been there a while would go back live in irwin this is our favorite atrias
It was still a good place to eat as it has been in the past when we go. Recently i read on some reviews that it wa going down hill, the service was bad, and even the food was not as good. It was very good and we found these negatives to be not true when we were there. We were pleased.
Noisy - did not bring wine until well into our dinner
Top Notch evening - service & food is the best. One of my favorite restaurants!!
Very disappointed. I made reservations over a month ago for a special occasion. When we showed up for our reservation, the waitress gave us a hard time because we were a party of seven. She walked away before I could explain to her we made reservations. We had the same woman wait on the small table they crammed us into. It was terrible service from start to finish. It wasn’t a good experience at all and I will never be going back. Also, beware- they don’t cook the chicken all the way and one of our members in the party got food poisionjnf.
We went there for thanksgiving dinner. It was really crowded but we were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation. It was noisy I guess because of the crowd. It was difficult to talk to each other. The food was good. The price was well worth it. Our server seemed nice but we had to ask for silverware and then for water and also for a pepper shaker. I imagine service might be better if it weren't so crowded.
Thanksgiving dinner very good
Atrias is our favorite restaurant. Food and atmosphere were outstanding as was the service!
It is always great!
I think over the years Atria's has not been as good as it used to be. It was that the food and especially the service was superior. It's not like that anymore. We had to ask for water refills, bread and for our dirty dishes to be cleared.
Overall a great dining experience with an outstanding staff.
My husband and i wanted to go out to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary but did not want to go downtown Pittsburgh. We tossed a few ideas around and decided to go to Atrias in Murrysville. We were not disappointed. We made our reservation using Open Table and arrived shortly before the allotted time. We were taken immediately to our table and the excellent service never stopped until we left. The wait staff was very attentive without being intrusive. The food was excellent from appetizers to dessert. My husband ordered the twin filets and crab cakes. I had the crab stuffed shrimp which came with a side of linguini. I never expect the side of pasta to be all that much. But the pasta was excellent. Lots of flavor and it kept me going for more.We told them we were there to celebrate our anniversary and the waitress didn't hesitate to congratulate us and comp our dessert. The chef also came out to congratulate us as well. While we thought we were "settling" for this restaurant because we didn't want to go downtown to a more " upscale" restaurant , it wasn't the case at all. Everything about our experience was more than we've often experienced at some of those others. Would highly recommend the Murrysville Atrias.
enjoyed the meals.......easy and good service......I like the fish sandwich with an ipa beer....
Went for October fest. Food was terrific. Will go back again.
I just love the Sherry Crab Bisque soup!! It is awesome! Our waitress (Nicole) was just wonderful, and served us well. The Pineapple Upside Down Martini was tasty. The Atria's in Murrysville is one of our favorite eateries. We are going there for Thanksgiving. If you have a menu, please send it to this e-mail.
I normally enjoy this restaurant very much, but the service was terrible. We were offered bread, we said yes, it never came. We had to ask a while later for it. Drinks took a LONG time. No offer for pepper on salad or entrees. I walked over and got the grinder myself. No paper towels in the men's room. Bent tines on one of the chilled salad forks. Always had to ask for another drink, never swung by to ask if we needed one. Only asked how meal was AFTER we were finished. They just missed the mark on a lot of details. Frankly it was disappointing.
Drinks at bar were good. Helpful and friendly bartenders.
Outstanding food and service every time. The Oktoberfest menu is amazing. Never had anything that we didn't love.
The food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was attentive and so nice. I haven't had a meal out that good in a very long time. Love it and will be back!
The food was good. The restaurant was not crowded, but our server and those who bussed the tables were constantly asking if we were done eating. Sometimes they did this while our forks were in our hands and we were chewing!
We had nine requests if we had finished yet---again the restaurant was not crowded!!
My dining companion was frustrated and angry. She stated that she was going to call the manager and vowed never to return.
Meanwhile, we had to ask for things several times, because they were not brought to the table. My dining companion did not get what she ordered and it had to be sent back to the kitchen.
She and I have been to other locations of Atria's and have always enjoyed it.
This was our first (and last) experience. at this location. The constant interruptions ruined a potentially enjoyable evening.
I would avoid visiting on a Saturday night. They are crowded and service is so, so. The Oktoberfest menu is very good!
Host was a bit rude. I made a reservation, he never asked just spouted off that it would be a 25 minute wait. I told him I had a reservation, he jyst looked at me and said follow me. NO APOLOGY for being short with me
We visit Atrias a few times a year. It is a 40 minute drive but we have always found it to be worth the trip. We especially enjoy the Ocktoberfest menu! We love treating friends and relatives to a special dinner here.
