Lovely dining experience here! The servers were extremely attentive and the menu had a great selection of traditional dishes, many with a twist from the restaurant. Would definitely recommend dining here.

Authentic Turkish dishes, attractively presented with excellent execution. We dined at Atölye all three nights that we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton. Kebabs, roast chicken, pasta, salad - all were delicious with very fresh ingredients and we would definitely dine there again when we stay in Istanbul. Friendly staff who spoke good English.

This place is amazing. Went three times in a row. Hard not to get my favorite dish every time. The noise level was perfect. The Customer Service was incredible.

I couldn‘t believe the great reviews both on open table and tripadvisor. Now I can! Absoulte delight in all aspects. Great hospitality from A to O (Omer) to Z. Delicious food. Stunning view.
