   I reserved a table for 10 people in the afternoon. It was not busy that night, but the service was great and the food was fantastic. Recommend this to anyone to at least try it out.

   get the steak with mushrooms on top...I am always worried about getting steaks at non-steakhouse restaurants ..but this was beyond flavorful ..skip the calamari

   I reserved for a party of 9, changing the reservation by leaving a message with the restaurant (because I was unable to through Open Table) earlier in the day. On arrival, there was no table set up for us, but 4 tables were assembled right in front of the doors - cold! I could see a large party was eating in a warmer area. There were enough tables for 4 waitstaff, but only two on. Not their fault; they did what they could, but there was a steady stream of customers both before and after we arrived and everyone suffered - not least the waitstaff. It took over an hour after arriving to get our appetizers, which were delicious. Dinners were also good. I would go back if I were sure there would be sufficient staff on to serve customers.

   We booked our table via Open Table. Then, the restaurant called us and said they were having an event that night and we would be seated at the lounge area. It was an add on table and was not very comfortable. However, I was glad that we stayed. The appetizers (grilled calamari, and antipasto platter) were both very tasty. We ordered four different pastas, they were servers steaming hot and quite tasty. One of us ordered the fish special, portion was generous and well cooked. We did not stay long because the party/event took over almost the entire restaurant, it was a bit chaotic. Staffs were short but they were efficient and attentive. We would return, but not on any event night.

   Very surprised and pleased to find this GEM in Brampton. The salads were excellent and the risotto fungi rivaled any fine establishment in Toronto. Given time, this fine restaurant Will be a thriving nightspot for food lovers and critics. Well done

   Service staff definitely need more training. Appetizer plate replaced with entree - too fast. One entree much later than the other two. One guest asked if they wanted coffee and walked away without asking the other two would like anything. Ignored and then overly attentive. Surely, service needs some attention, food was very good.

   The service was good. Between us we had the smoked salmon salad, beef capriccio salad, bifsteca atmosfera (a sirloin steak with mussels and shrimp) and cheese manicotti. Everything was quite good. A better cut of steak would bump up the result to very good. Often mussels and shrimp end up being overcooked, but in this case they were tender. Kudos to the chef for that. Definitely a place to come back to.
