   The food was pretty good but service was a bit slow. It was also extremely loud so hearing my friends was strained.

   We were served by the owner who was charming, engaging, helpful with the menu and even made a substitution for us. My parents really enjoyed their sandwich and soup combo and my power bowl was fresh and plentiful. The Atlas Tap Room is a gem in the SOMA lunch list of options.

   Small but efficient. Great selection of food and really good. Our waitress pointed out they had some specialty shots (we were there at lunch). Gotta love her spirit and trust me, if it wasn’t a work lunch I would have ordered one. My group had a great time! Thanks for accommodating such a large number!

   The ambiance and food were excellent. My work team (3 of us) came here for lunch with a reservation. Food: we had the French dip sandwich, Cuban sandwich, and steak salad. My coworkers loved their sandwiches. My steak salad was good, but the ribeye steak was about 1/3 gristle and fat (as they sometimes are). The part I could actually eat was delicious and cooked perfectly. I wish I had felt a little more satisfied at the end of the meal, though! The sandwich portion sizes were larger. Service was inattentive at best. We were seated promptly but didn’t receive menus for at least 10 minutes (after 2 tables that came in after us). We ordered deviled eggs that never arrived. I asked for water that never arrived. Wait staff tried to give us the food and drinks of other tables repeatedly before ours came out. It felt like we didn’t have an assigned waiter and couldn’t get anyone’s attention when we needed something. It’s a nice place, but I’m not sure if I would return, due to the service.

   The pictures make the place seem much bigger. It’s a fine casual spot I’m sure but it was raining and cold, the fans and blowers were on full force and the front door was propped open. It was not inviting. The steak salad was ok. It was cooked to order but had zero seasoning. The waitress was too busy to swing back for anything and we had to wait for some time to get a check. It was a busy week. Don’t oversell or over position what you are and have to offer.

   Atlas Tap Room graciously accommodated our large group which grew even larger half way through the meal. The family who owns the business showed us great hospitality and the food was tasty. I will definitely be back!

   Sat at the bar for a late lunch. I imagine reservations would be a must for a busier time of day. Quaint place, bartender personable but not too chatty. She pointed out that the seasonal turkey sandwich was back on the menu....thanksgiving themed, absolutely delicious. Comfort food but not too heavy! Would definitely return to this place!

   The food was good but the service was only okay. They never brought enough forks, knives or napkins for the group and rarely came by to check on how we were doing, even though the rest of the bar wasn't very full.

    The place was great, the food was delicious. I am not sure if it was the day or always but everything was a little slow. They were very busy that day so it could have been the day. But other then this, we all enjoyed the restaurant.
