In case you haven't travelled with us before, let us introduce ourselves. We are a fine dining restaurant located in the heart of South Yarra.

We first opened our doors in 2016, when a then, 22-year-old Charlie Carrington, decided to create a restaurant that changed cuisine every few months. Dubbed the most "Ambitious Restaurant Opening" of the year, Atlas Dining quickly rose to cult status. Within a month, Charlie became the youngest Australian chef to be awarded a Chef's Hat.

Eight years on, and (now) 23 cuisines later, Atlas Dining continues to be one of the most unique restaurants around.

We offer affordable fine dining, but most importantly, an unforgettable experience that helps guests' tastebuds travel the world.

From Wednesday 10th July until early October, Atlas Dining will transform into an enchanting Moroccan restaurant. Our four-course Moroccan-inspired menu will feature delectable Meze (small plates), Chermoula Fish, Wagyu Beef Tagine alongside a Pistachio & Orange Cake. The menu is $75pp and all dietaries can be catered for, with advance notice.

Starting Wednesday, 9th of October, Atlas Dining is transforming into an unforgettable Portuguese dining experience! Embark on a culinary adventure with our bold and authentic four-course Portuguese-inspired menu, where every dish captures the vibrant flavors and rich traditions of Portugal. From the smoky aromas of Piri-Piri to the heartwarming comfort of coastal seafood dishes, this is a taste journey you won’t want to miss. The menu is $85 per person, and we happily cater to all dietary requirements with advance notice.

Our favourite restaurant in Melbourne. Visit every time we can. Fine dining, with a theme (country), at a very reasonable price. Matching wine pairing is great too.

Atlas is a cozy place to spend a winter’s evening. Staff are delightful, the food is inspired and the thoughtful touches that go into the presentation and concept are appreciated. We’ve been twice now and would return again.

This was our 12th country we’ve visited with Atlas Dining. We thoroughly enjoyed the “fish ‘n’ chips” and lamb. The service and quality of the food were outstanding.
