Additionally, Atlantis offers an all you can eat crab legs special every Wednesday evening.
In the late hours, the restaurant transitions into a lounge with a full kitchen available. Its ambiance is classy with plush seating, decorative ceiling lighting and several wall-sized paintings. Atlantis also offers multiple flavors of hookah that guests can enjoy.
I was told it was going to cost $10 to park. When I got there I was advised the only parking available was for $20. The parking lot is extremely small. Price gauging. The food (catfish nuggets) was salty. Made a table reservation; however, I was advised it was first come first serve and the only available spot was BEHIND the band/stage and our BACKS were facing the band. Terrible. The band was very good. I highly doubt that I will be returning to the Atlantis.
Didn’t explain age requirement before booking, unprofessional
They should really update their furniture. The first thing I noticed was the poor qualifying of the booths, tables & chairs. However, my overall experience was great! Professional, yet well rounded servers, bartender made REAL drinks, food was delicious, & prices were decent! They had a variety of music going, it was neat and really cute. I’d recommend to many others.
The customer service was poor.
We went to Atlantis for a nice dinner but that is not what we found when we arrived. $15 to park. Carded at the door. Definitely a club, not a restaurant! The establishment was a smokey lounge. There was no way to have dinner there. We walked in and waited several minutes for someone to come to the front desk to seat us. No one came and there wasn’t anywhere for us to sit anyway. It’s more like a hookah lounge for young adults (early 20s). We left the restaurant and tried to cancel our reservation through Open Table but could not as it was 5 minutes before our reservation time. We tried calling the restaurant but did not get an answer. Will not be returning.
Even though you are paying to eat and drink, they want to charge you an entertainment fee of $10 per person and that's after you have already paid $15 to park. My reservation was at 9:15 but I was forced to wait outside in the cold for 40 minutes because they needed to clear out the venue from a day party. Why did I have reservations then???
There is a 2 hour max on tables and you have to leave at that time. If you want to enjoy the band book after 10 pm
Make sure if you want dinner, reserve a table for 9pm and after. My reservation was at 7:30 but wasn’t aware dinner wouldn’t be available. Nice atmosphere and the waitress was really nice and patient... will go again!
Food was great, we had brunch. Great atmosphere, Lotta birthday twerkers. Wonderful staff. Never disappoints. My guests were impressed.
My parents came into town for Valentine’s Day so I decided to try someplace where new we all haven’t been. For starter I paid valet $20 to park our cars where we had to park them ourselves. What is the point of valet. Secondly, we order drinks and waited an hour and 30 min just for them to come back and tell us that they’re out of the salmon I ordered over an hour ago. I told them to just bring out my parent food after waiting another 15 min still no food brought out. So we talked to the manager and ask for the tab. So basically we waisted $20 dollars to park and 80 dollars on drinks for nothing. I felt horrible bringing my parents there.
Good brunch vibe but the food wasn’t that good!
Great experience. Great dj. Loud environment-day party vibes. Parking is steep-$20 but they have offsite parking for $10
I reserved for my birthday brunch and wasn’t told that the mimosas ended an hour before. They had a $100 option ($130 with tax) and honestly no one felt the alcohol. A lot of juice and didn’t taste like mimosa . Kind of like a Moscow mule. Food was fast but that’s because it was cold .
Definitely a fun experience and great food. I had the Lobster very loud and energized. Not a spot for a quiet and/or intimate setting. Would definitely return. My only dislikes is they charge for parking.
This place should NOT be listed on OpenTable. Atlantis is a poor excuse for a "club" (or restaurant). The entire facility was dirty and staff unprofessional. We were patted down and carded prior to entering (a good indication of the clientele). In addition we were forced to pay to park in their lot. The music was so loud (and obnoxious) that table conversation was impossible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
Service isn't great took a while to get food, couldn't find our waitress not to mention there was a huge discrepancy with our tickets to pay and discounting etc.
Everything was good except the mimosas and the service. We waited a long time for refills several times and it wasn’t worth price because I mostly tasted orange juice.
We made reservations online but it was closed. We wasted a lot of time. How are we able to make reservations online if the restaurant is not even open?
Atlantis is a great place to go to take pictures and dance, but as for everything else, I would not bother. To start, if we did not make a reservation we were going to be charged $10 at the door - I went on a Saturday morning. The food portions are really small and priced higher than the amount of food you get (quality was poor). Then the hookah is overpriced ($35) for a small hookah machine that lasts about 30 minutes. The waiters are rarely around and take forever, do not even ask for the manager because he is always doing something. The only good thing was the DJ playing some good music (this DJ wasn't a Nicki Minaj fan though), the whole look of the place, and the size of the drinks.
Food need more seasoning.
Horrible. Large Mimosa very watered down. Manager refused to remove the $100 tab. Also refused to remove gratuity. Will never return again
I went visited Atlantis for a girls night out. When we arrived for our 10:30 reservation, we were told “sorry there are no tables available”. I was thinking told that I could have a seat on the patio until something comes available. Please keep in mind although this is Atlsnta, it was 43 degrees outside.
Once we were seating the server informed us that the kitchen and bar were backed up. She took our orders and NEVER CANE BACK!!! We waited over an hour just to be told by another server that our orders were never placed. The second server was much better, she offered great customer service.
Thank goodness for the band Gritz & Jelly Butter for providing wonderful entertainment and making the wait time bearable.
Service was horrible , one of our guest never got her drink and we never got our second round of drinks. The waitress was not attentive at all and ignored us several times as we tried to get her attention, they had the nerve to add a 20% gratuity to our bill. I will never visit this establishment again. Gritz & Jelly Butter (The Band) was awesome as usual. They were the reason we visited this establishment.
LISTEN! if you want to waste your time for three hours and STILL get no service.... this is the perfect spot
Our waitress was very helpful
I had a blast celebrating my Birthday at Atlantis!!!
Food and ambiance was awesome. Pricey with parking and entertainment fee. White benches need to be updates. Women’s bathroom was not clean. Men’s restroom floor was super slippery.
Unorganized and too long of a wait. After 30+ minutes of waiting decided to leave and go to another establishment. Waste of $10 to valet car and no refund.
Parking was not the best. Took is about 15 minutes to actually park. Once we were able to get inside it took us 40minutes to be seated. Food was great however server could have checked in more.
Kool atmosphere. The waitress was kind and helpful. I would clearly go there again.
The security guards and the manager were rude to my friends and made my friends change shirts because they were men in crop tops. DISCRIMINATION! There were several women there with crop tops on including my wife. Very very unprofessional. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
Amazing experience because of the DJ and band (Gritz & Jelly Butter). We had never been to Atlantis before but we’re huge GJB fans so we jumped at a chance to see them. We loved the transitions from band to the DJ! It made for a fun balance.
However, the food and drinks were very subpar. My mom and I ordered two different drinks that tasted exactly the same and the bbq flatbread we ordered was not good.
Overall, great experience! I attended with my mom and boyfriend and made for a fun family night.
So Atlantis is a great weekend brunch spot. The DJ is great, the vibe is lit, and the food and drinks are on point. The only complaint I have is the service. Our waitress was inattentive to our table; she was also misleading about the costs of things and when it came to the bill she messed up our checks 3 times. We were a party of 5 so splitting our bills accordingly shouldn’t have been that difficult. And while waiting on our correct checks the hostess comes over and tells us we have to leave..as if she didn’t notice we all have cards in our hand waiting for the waitress. I found that rude since me and my girls were clearly trying to leave but weren’t able too due to the incompetence of the waitress. But despite ALL of that, I would still go back if I’m ever in ATL again.
The food is lacking in flavor and warmth. The service was great and so is the music but it’s not the kind of place you visit for food or a quality experience.
My friend and I celebrated our birthdays here and I loved the ambiance along with the food! I had the lobster seafood Mac with the shrimp
If I could rate it 0 stars I would!!! First reserved a section with a drink package for $350. When I got there I had to wait 30 min until I was seated.. I finally was sat OUTSIDE after telling the hostess i bought a drink package.. After sitting outside for 30 min again, finally went inside to explain to them what I had purchased because the server said she had NEVER heard of the package I bought.. Was moved inside and had to wait another 30 min to be serviced!! Had to get up several times to ask hostess where our server was. Had to speak to the manager to finally get a server.. Once the server came to see what type of bottles I wanted take cake back and had ME to go to the back to talk to the owner to choose what bottle I wanted. Told him Avion and Hennessy just for him to say I can only do Grey Goose!! Mind y’all I’m paying $175 a bottle for you to tell me what i have to get! Then after everyone charged my card $392!!! Not including the $175 I had already paid!!! I ordered a hookah, wings and an entree!! Why was my total $392?!!! I will NEVER return here!! Scammed the hell out of me! Thank God my bf had the receipt so that I could file a dispute with my bank! This place was a joke!!!
Never received service after waiting 30 mins from being seated.
I looooovvveeee Atlantis! The food the atmosphere! I love the bottomless mimosas! Every time I visit ATLANTA I have to stop here for brunch!
The place was filthy and the parking lot was not organized.
