The worst service ever !! I made reservations and when we arrived the host told me I had to wait at least 45 minutes until I’m seated unless I want bottle service (WHICH IS RIDICULOUS) I put my name on the waiting list and after hours of never being contacted I decided to just leave . I use to really like this place but now I’m guessing they’re doing things different . I mean at least say first come first serve because reservations won’t even matter
Just trash! The servers are trash, the food, and the music was trash. I read the reviews before I came and I still wanted to see for myself. I wish I could rate them a 0 instead of a 1. They need to close down. It was my birthday so of course I made fun out of it because my family and friends were hyping me up, other than that TRASH
Over priced parking lot if you have to park your self
I heard about this place from a friend and decided to try it out. I made reservations for brunch about 2 weeks in advance. We were visiting from Florida and we were really excited about brunch. First off they require to pay to park in their parking lot. Then when we go in to check in for our reservation we are told unfortunately they had a 20 people party walk in and our wait would be 1 hour and 30 mins. We were truly disappointed.
The food was delicious but the place smelled like an old basement when you arrived , which was odd. The need to update their furniture . The ambiance was drab and not full of life. Our waitress was wonderful and and made sure that we were satisfied.
It was nice. I came in August for my birthday and loved the vibe.
I would not recommend making reservations prior too because I had to wait 45 min on a table even after I had reservations because I didn’t order bottle service . The food was good. Service was terrible.
The server over charged us and added an additional tip the food was under cooked some was over cooked the macaroni and cheese was over cooked and the lobster and shrimp was fried hard the egg rolls weren’t done the crab cake weren’t either and the waitress said her manager don’t be void things
Overall the restaurant was nice. I enjoyed our server. The food and drinks were reasonable in price and it was good. The music was a good mix of R&B/ HipHop from the mid 90s-current. The only issue is that we are still in a pandemic no one was wearing masks and definitely no social distancing. The bathrooms were horrendous.
Made reservations for a specific time to reach and be told I either pay $300 for a table or wait another hour
The food and vibe was good, but I was quite annoyed that I made a reservation was still told I have to wait for an available table. I had wait another 30 mins after my reservation time. That truly defeats the purpose of having a reservation if you’re just going to make ppl continue to wait after their scheduled reservation. The waitress said they had over 400 reservation for that day. That seemed completely outrage and not even remotely feasible.
With limited parking and self serve valet I was slightly turned off and not knowing the valet prices took my guests aback 15.00 offsite 20.00 up front 30.00 VIP - it then took me 20 min to get around to get patted down and check in. The second turn-off was the music was so loud I couldn't have a conversation with my group and had to lean in or get up to say what I need to say to my company. The food and drinks were good and my server was attentive and very nice.
They were very unorganized, no one knew what the others were doing. The music was too loud ,it was a hot mess!
Very good. Food was amazing. My drink was delicious. I will be back.
Food and presentation were great, patio for not look the pictures online but the atmosphere made up for it.
The DJ was great and so was the service but my food was not that good. It tasted like it had been made 2 hours ago and was served to me in a to go container and not a plate. It was too expensive for the taste.
I really enjoyed my first visit and will definitely be coming back
Overall this is a good spot to go to. I would definitely recommend.
I came for my friends birthday brunch and we waited 3 hours to be seated WITH a reservation. Once we got seated, it took 30 minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge us. We got waters and the waitress did not come back for another 15 minutes. When she finally came back, she then told us that we had to wait for another waitress to come because she was about to get off. She was rude and attitudinal and overall unprofessional. After she told us that, the party then decided to just leave. I will NEVER come back to this establishment because of how unprofessional they were to us.
Atlantis gave me a horrible experience and they kicked me out mid of my booking for my table . They then proceeded to tell me I have to get up and that I can not no longer sit at my table
This was my first time at Atlantis for a Saturday brunch/day party. We sat inside where the DJ was set up, so the music was extremely loud. My food was ant that good at all. I had dry pancakes, they dont have plain butter, the server brought me seasoned salty butter, the scrambled eggs with cheese was cold eggs with shredded cheese on top. My friends wanted to do shots but they were out of everything they asked for. Our server was super nice tho and helpful. The atmosphere is great to turn up and have a good time.
My server was horrible, I believe she tended to her other tables rather than mine, which led to my food being cold and not tasty at all. I came here before for a birthday event and it was completely different from my experience this time and I won’t return.
I will never come back here two hour wait even with reservations 60 dollars for parking the food was cold. I will never recommend going here!
No need for a reservation you will be seated based on your willingness to buy bottles.
Don’t make a reservation here, it don’t matter at Atlantis. You’ll still have to wait in line for a long time to be seated when you’ve made arrangements to be seated at a certain time. Security is rude. No parking available. If you want to park in their lot it cost $20.
We had a reservation for Sunday at 2:45 when we got to the establishment they wanted $80 to park and when we got to the door I was informed that we could not get in until people came out. It took over 45 minutes to get to the host stand and once we got there we found out people had been waiting over 2 hours to be seated for earlier reservations. I’ve been to Atlantis when they are busy and usually they are good at making sure reservations are on time this time I was very unhappy. We waited so long that we left to eat somewhere else.
I made a reservation about a month in advance for a friend’s birthday brunch. Which happened to fall on 9/6 which was the Sunday before Labor day. I went to Atlantis for my own birthday & I had a great time so I expected to have the same experience this time as well. I was EXTREMELY disappointed in the way that they handled our reservation. I made a reservation for 1:45. When we arrived, the host told us that it would be a 1hr wait (which was fine) because we understood that it was busy.. The host then said that they could sit us immediately if we were doing bottle service in which you had to purchase a minimum of 2 premium bottles at $300 each. We we would have had to pay over $600 just to be seated? Of course we declined, because that was ridiculous. As time went on, I went to the host stand about 5 times & no one could give me a clear concise answer as to when we would be seated. We arrived to Atlantis at 1:45, we left at 5:45 & we STILL had not been seated. So we didn’t eat anything, our time was wasted & the manager didn’t seem to have a care in the world. I genuinely liked the place & always recommended people to go there, but this completely turned me off & i’m not even the type to write reviews. I believe that there should be some sort of structure ESPECIALLY when there are reservations in place, there is no reason for a wait to be over 3-4 hrs when a reservation has been made. It seems as if they were more concerned about making money than the customer experience.
Although it took us half an hour to be acknowledged and seated the vibes were on point. Drinks were alright didn’t like that for bottomless mimosas you couldn’t get a craft like most places you instead have to wait on them to constantly refill you. Overall good time.
We had a great experience the service, food and atmosphere were wonderful!
Our server Taylor made us feel so comfortable
It was my birthday. I ordered waffles which came without the syrup and it took the wait staff 10 minutes to return to advise I had no syrup and the missing cheese in my eggs. Now with the bottomless mimosas for 25, she would return to our table empty hand no water or mimosa. Then leave and take for ever to return with said items. Then over charged us in gratuity.
Horrible. Drinks took forever & were wrong. Had to send back. Food was not as advertised
I had a reservation and was told it was an hour wait, what’s the point of a reservation?
I was alarmed just from arriving. There was a line to enter, heavy security and a lot of patrons. Nothing at all like a restaurant. Upon being searched and having my ID checked I was told there is a $20 per person entrance. That was shocking since my reservation was for dinner. After paying the cover fee there was no dedicated host. After about 20 mins of trying to be seated the hostess in frustration of the crowding disappeared. I spoke with another staff member asked them to cancel my reservation so I could go else where and was told “I can’t do that”. I informed her that o would no be staying and she instructed me to tell security to return my $40 (party of 2 was the reservation). I simplest left and vow to never return or promote this business. It was not a restaurant but more a lounge/club. Had I known to expect this type of unprofessional and unorganized experience I would have never chosen to attempt to eat here! Proceed with caution, I would not recommend this establishment ever!
Great atmosphere & food was good !
Although the menu was limited to the Sunday Brunch items, everything we ordered was wonderful. I had a chance to try the Chicken and Waffles, the Salmon- Crab Cake Benedict and the Fried Lobster mac and Cheese. I'd have to say that the crab cake and the fried lobster were my favorites.
We also enjoyed the Mega Mimosa, which taste as pretty as it looks, and the Hookah.
My party sat outside and the energy was just as vibrant as inside. Our server was very welcoming and tentative to our needs. She absolutely earned her tip, which was included in the bill (18% gratuity).
I only have two complaints. First, I made a reservation for 2:30pm, which I arrived 10 minutes early for, but I was not sat until after 3:30pm. Second, I was not fond of the fact that following payment of $300+, security gave us a ten minute window to leave the table, which was not enough time to finish our mimosa and hookah. I did take into consideration that it was a holiday weekend and they were trying to accommodate large crowds.
Always great service and good atmosphere when I’m there.
Booked reservations a week before the date. When we arrived we paid $30 to park and then we was told "due to walk-ins they will not honor our reservations". They had us sign a notebook with our phone number. We ended up leaving but they never even called to say our table was ready. I will never dine here or recommend.
The parking is ridiculous it was to crowded like no social distances at all and wait forever for food
I booked an online reservation only to arrive in the host to inform us the table reservations were for bottle service only with a minimum of 3 bottles therefore my brunch party had to wait an hour for a table to become available for the tables outside. Even though there were tables available inside. I wish they would provide this information on the site or reservation page.
