Atlantis is a Mediterranean restaurant that serves lunch and dinner daily. Diners can also enjoy the special brunch menu that is offered every Sunday morning into the early afternoon. Its ambiance is classy with plush seating, decorative ceiling lighting and several wall-sized paintings. Atlantis also offers multiple flavors of hookah that guests can enjoy with after their meal.
To begin your meal, choose from one of the small plates available like falafel, sweet chili wings or delicious battered calamari. If you want to start with something light, try the crab cake made fresh in house daily. Recommended entrées at Atlantis include the signature Atlantis Seafood pasta, or tasty lamb chops. There are a number of popular seafood dishes as well, our seafood pasta is enough to share .
A group of us came here from out of town. We were stopped for having sandles. They said there was a dress code so we would have to sit on the patio, we didn't mind. But then we looked at the other people there and there was obviously not a dress code in jays and sweat shirts. Anywho then we looked at the menu the food did not look good at all, the server had a horrible attitude. We ordered drinks while we waited to see if we were going to stay or leave. $60 for a "pitcher" that wasn't really a pitcher. We left and went to Negril . Now that place was bomb , and did not have a dress code!
NEVER have I had such rude service from a hostess. The young lady who was responsible for seating people blatantly REFUSED to seat my party. When we arrived, she stated we either needed a reservation or had to purchase a $300 bottle. I then went to Open Table and the next available reservation was set for 9:45. We waited at the bar until then and at 9:45 approached the hostess desk to be seated as there was a table of 8 open right in the MIDDLE of the restaurant. The hostess told us to wait. I started talking to the lady standing next to me and asked her if she had a reservation and she told me no. The hostess THEN walked past us and sat the lady I was talking to and her date AT THAT OPEN TABLE! I then asked her why she did that and she told me the lady had a reservation, which was a blatant lie and the lady again confirmed she did NOT have a reservation. I then asked for the manager. The manager, Terry, instructed her to seat us and she REFUSED again. WE NEVER SAT DOWN.
I was extremely polite and cordial throughout this ordeal despite being treated like crap. I am a Georgia State Representative and never shared that information with the hostess. Even if I was a homeless person off the street, I still deserved to be treated with decency, respect, not be lied to AND to have my reservation honored since the seats were CLEARLY available. I WILL do my absolute best to dissuade anyone from EVER supporting this place. #AtlantisSUCKS
All of the menus in the restaurant state that a bottle of Moet is $125. When I received my receipt, after my card was charged it stated $260. $200 for the bottle, $40 for gratuity (because any bill over $100 gratuity is automatically included although that is not stated anywhere on the menu or in the restaurant) and then $20 for tax. After complaining I was told they can just give me another bottle and that I should've asked my server because the prices on the menu are wrong. They never fixed it and charged my card.
This was my first and more than likely last visit. It is definitely a club vibe even at 2:45pm, the food was great though. This place is more so for the 20-30ish kinda crowd, I'm 44.
Although appropriate for an evening out this was like a carry over from the club. The waitresses were witnessed finger combining their weaves in the dining area, the music was blaring when we arrived like it was midnight in the club not 1230 brunch, we couldn’t even have a good conversation as we could barely hear each other. The lobster mac and cheese tasted as if the mac was sour, dirty champagne glass. The ladies bathroom door was missing a door knob and could have used a through cleaning. Will not be returning or recommending.
It was litt good environment.. A bit pricey though.
Birthday celebration. I really enjoyed myself. Food and service was good !
I would have loved to be seated outside but there was a smell so I am happy with the decision. I didnt expect to feel like i was in the club so early in the morning but it got me ready for the day. That dj was EVERYTHING. I appreciate it, will definitely go again.
First time going. Went to see my favorite band Gritz and Jelly Butter. They had a $5 per person entertainment charge, which was fine. There was also a 2.5 hour limit per reservation. The food was basic, but overall I give it a 7 out of 10. Would like to go back and try Brunch.
This was the worst pre-birthday dinner ever in history these people are very on organized they will Bouch you around the restaurant three and four times table wise they charge you five dollar per person for entertainment fee in which the van leaves before you do they charge you gratuity on top of sales tax and liquor tax these people are a rip off Avoid this place like the plague
We never stayed. A major party was going on and for parking at the facility they wanted to charge $20.00 since they thought we were part of the party. We explained that we had reservations so the valet then told us the cost to park was $10.00. NO THANK YOU! There are plenty of other nicer places in Buckhead where parking is complimentary! Thank you Basil’s for a most wonderful and romantic dinner tonight and accompanied with Spanish guitar music!
Atlantis on Saturday for The Brunch Atl was so much fun! Food came out quick, Service was friendly, most importantly the Dj was great! The vibe was cool, my friends and I will definitely be returning.
Prices and service was terrible
I can't complain too much. When we first got there it wasn't a Hostess but they did have like a bus guy that was very nice. He welcomed days and got us the service that we needed. I ordered the fried shrimp and lobster mac and cheese it was very delicious besides the mac and cheese just need to be a little bit more creamier
Birthday people should receive some sort of recognition when arriving here. Overall great restaurant, food, and vibe!
I went with the wife to Atlantis Saturday night to see Grits & Jelly Butter (band), I wasn’t sure what to expect because I’ve never been to this place before but we had a great time! The food was on point (the wife had a steak, I had the lobster/shrimp Mac and cheese), the crowd was grown (a definite plus!), the band was GREAT, the DJ was good too and the drank was flowing!! Will definitely be back!! If I had a complaint the only thing I’d say is despite the great atmosphere and music not a single soup danced all night but that has nothing g to do with the place itself! Great time!!
Why make reservations and still have to stand in line???
My reservation for 9 guests was at 9pm. We were seated around 9:40 and at that time was told the reservation was only for 2 hours. We all ordered drinks and food simultaneously. Our drinks arrived 30 minutes later, meanwhile other parties around us that arrive after us had receive the food. I spoke with the manager to get a better understanding of why we had not received our food now almost an hour later and expressed that if we are here to spend money and enjoy ourselves why are asked to leave at 2 hours. He was absolutely NO help, he did not try to explain or accommodate my party. The waitress comes an I ask why had we not received our food, she stated that she just found out they did not have fries....(Really!) She brings food out for 7 of the 9 guests. My other 2 guests got there food about 30 minutes later. I understand that 20% gratuity is included with large parties and apparently she was unbothered because she was going to get hers regardless. We did not have to leave after 2 hours because no one was there but we all left due to the horrible service.
Pro: venue, ambience and entertainment were great.
Con: Customer service and Managements sucked.
This is more of an entertainment venue vs. a restaurant. They had a great band "Gritz and Jelly Butter" the night we went which is what attracted us to the venue. We booked a table for 7:00pm which shouldn't have been accepted since they have a day party that runs all the way until 7:30 (ish) and the band does not come on until 9pm. After the day party, they convert the venue back into a restaurant and seat dinner guest . We were seated a little after 8pm (about an hour later). While we were still eating - around 9:15, someone came by to advise us of a 2hr max seating policy. We then advised that we did not even get seated until after 8. She did not come back but it left us feeling uneasy. We had literally just ordered a bottle of Champagne and had food on the table. The service was just ok, not very proactive or attentive but not negligent. Gratuity is included in the bill along with a $5 entertainment fee so I don't think they try very hard. On a positive note, the food was great and the music was good.
I was seated 15 after my reservation time which wasn’t too bad. They sat us at a wobbly table that had paper napkins underneath to secure it that did not work. They hostess came to our table after we sat for 10 min with no help asking can we move due to a large party that would be sitting next to us, and if we didn’t want to live they would put a chair right next to our table that would be extremely uncomfortable, so we moved. We then sat at another table and NO ONE attempted to even come our way after that. We sat at the table for 20 min with no service. We saw waitress talking and laughing in huddles and cleaning off tables just sheer neglect to patrons sitting and waiting for service. It was so unprofessional. The pictures the depict online is not what this Buisness is actually about. Paid 10 for parking and waisted 45 minutes of my life just sitting there waiting for nothing. They definitely need more professional adult staff they actually caters to patrons.
I made a reservation for a table online for 11:30 pm. When I arrived the staff had no knowledge of my reservation. Although the place was empty so this wasn’t as much of a problem. There was no waitress to seat us. The security guy had to give us menus. After about 10 minutes, a waitress finally came over to tell us that the kitchen is closed. Mind you, the restaurant doesn’t close for another 3 hours. What is the point of me making a reservation for a certain time and your kitchen is closed at that time?
I plan on going back. Food was great. They could use more staff but other than that all good things to say
Food took awhile to come out like a good minute ! Lol but it was nice in there the only thing I would say is paying for parking I understand but paying $10 to park next door and then $20 park in the actual lot is kind of crazy to me the staff was nice , the music was good , the venue was nice
Was nothing like advertised in opentable... I took my wife there for her birthday.... and it was full of smoke from hukkas and loud music.... nothing like a quiet restaurant as advertised.... very very disappointed.
The lemon pepper wings were great. The music was great as we went to like Glue Fridays. The server was not very polite or personable but did her job.
No need to make reservations in advance. You would still need to wait upon arrival. Waitresses don't know which tables they cover. Then they RIP you off with a $20.00 to park fee.
Great music and fun time.... expensive but a good time. Food was good
The service was great! I ordered the lobster Mac n cheese but was told after 30min or more after placing my order there were no more lobster tails. However, after I get my food I noticed others getting there lobster Mac n cheese. And they were seated after me. Other than that the Atmosphere was nice.
Poor service/ they double charged me.
Not great service, manager was rude, and they lost our reservation. Then, when we werw finally going to leave I checked my account and I was charged twice for my meal.
Would not recommend for brunch
Had a bug in my drink, wasn't offered any compensation just another drink. Had to move because the seating was pre paid for a party later.
Great place for brunch and bottomless mimosas. Music is always on point. Drinks are strong. Shrimp and grits were disgusting though. This past Saturday was my first time trying it. I usually get the chicken and waffles which are pretty good.
I not sure because we made reservations but was turn down at the door because they had an event that evening! I was very disappointed because whoever aloud us to make reservations was not aware on line about contacting us. I would recommend in the future that someone would take care of that, we prepare for a Birthday celebration for a party of 6 and was turn away!
It was a lit little brunch / day party
Drinks were on point pricey for the portion food was not good at all so I was drinking on a empty stomach
The entertainment and service was great. The bathroom we're not good and the wings were not the best. I may try them one day
Had a great time! The hostess did not seat us right away due to a misunderstanding about our reservation. After that it was cool! Great atmosphere and we had a great time! The service was a little slow but overall it was worth the wait. Definitely would come back!
Although I had reservations, I still had to wait over 30 minutes for a table to clear up.
I really enjoyed myself it was my first time coming to Atlantis, the food had good flavor however the wings were greasy and the waitress she provided good service however we ordered another round of our drinks and she reordered the wrong drink I wished she had doubled checked but other than that I will be back
The food was gross, the crowd was dead and the service was awful
When our party of five arrived, we were visiting from out of town to enjoy the Sunday Brunch. While enjoying our food and beverages, the staff informed us that we had to leave so they could seat another party. The hostess or waitress never informed us that there was a time limit on our dining experience although we were still spending money. There was another larger party in attendance who were there before us that was still partaking in their food. As a doctor who travels quite often for work, I have never been kicked out of an establishment for a time limit.
We has 10pm reservations. Arrived just before 10pm. Told we had to valet, collected $20 and asked us to park ourselves.Did not alert us that we’d have to wait. Got to reataurant and was told to wait on the side as they were cleaning up from a private party. Seated outside for atleast 30minutes . I got up and inquired again. We were then ishered in .. food was ok..
