Lovely meal service was wonderful would eat here in a heartbeat . Had fish pie and prawn linguine Desserts were wonderful had the pineapple and also sticky toffee pudding. The restaurant is of very high standard

Excellent food and service. Jacob was particularly helpful. Beer selection was very limited and needs to be addressed.

The restaurant makeover from previous is fantastic. Really efficient service & ambience coupled with great seafood choice , perfect start to our holiday.

Food and service were excellent. Ambience and decor were lovely. Our only criticism was the 12.5% gratuity charge automatically applied to your bills. This was just about acceptable for the meal bill but we thought it was naughty to be charged for any drinks that we went and purchased at the bar (I.e before we went and sat down for the meal).

Nice menu with good variety and some interestingly different dishes. Given that the restaurant is part of a major refurbishment and rebranding, we can't fairly rate all things in this survey but with that said, they did a god job and what we experienced bodes well for the finished hotel

I had fish and chips at the Holiday Inn. The fish was a little greasy for my taste. My dining partner was very pleased with her meal however.

Despite booking with Open Table and confirming with Open Table the day before our arrival that we still required the table, Holiday Inn Southampton had no record of our reservation. It is pointless making a forward booking with Open Table when Holiday Inn Southampton do not honour the reservation.

Perfect quayside location with easy access to cruises and town. Staff are great but the food is just okay. Nice and pleasant. Nothing to Moan about just unfortunately nothing to shout about either
