行きました。駅からは遠いですが、その価値あります！2人でも個室を利用でき、ゆっくりお料理を楽しみました。コスパ良い！お店の方のお心遣いも素晴らしく居心地の良いお店です。素敵な誕生日を祝えました。ありがとうございます。

数年のブランクをおいて2度目の来訪でした。最初に来てから、いつか妻を連れて再訪しようと思っていたのですが、実現できてよかったです。料理が期待通りおいしい上に、コストパフォーマンスがよくて驚きました。頂いたのは焼き芋のポタージュ（アミューズ）、グリーンサラダ、チーズソースのスフレオムレツ、クスクス・ロワイヤル、デザート。スフレオムレツとクスクスは妻とシェアしてちょうどいいぐらいだったので、これは二人前づつ持ってきてくれたのでは、と話していたのですが、お会計を見たらそれぞれ1人前の値段でした。この味と雰囲気で、このコスパだったら人気があるわけだね、と二人で納得してお店を後にしました。比較的わかりやすいお料理を頂いたので、お料理について何を書いたらよいかは迷うのですが、焼き芋のポタージュは焼き芋の香ばしさが楽しかったです。ああ、焼き芋ってこういう香りがするんだったな、と思いました。アルミホイルにくるんだ芋を落ち葉で焼いた、子供の頃に食べた焼き芋のこともふと思い出しました。グリーンサラダはレタスとドレッシングとのシンプルなものでしたが、それにしては随分おいしいね、なんでだろう、やっぱりドレッシングじゃないか、いや自分たちが最近青菜不足だからおいしくかんじるんじゃない、などと話ながら食べました。前回も、一緒にいた人が「このお店はいい、また来よう」と言っていましたし、私もそう思いましたが、今回も、また来たいと思いながら店を出ました。来訪の1週間前ぐらいにふらっと立ち寄ったら満員で入れず、近隣の（レストランの口コミサイトなどでの評判は低くない）お店がそれほど混んでいないのにこの店はすごいな、と思って今回は予約してから来たのですが、ファンがつくのもわかるな、と思いました。もっとも、予約を入れた日は、遅い時間帯だったせいもあってかそれほど混んではいませんでしたが。

「恵比寿三丁目」西側傍の白金北里通り沿いにあるビストロ。店内は照明が薄暗く内装が木目調でワインバ－の趣。銀座にある「シェ・トモ」の系列店。お料理は本格派のお皿でなかなかのものでした。深夜営業していますので、その系統の方には重宝するでしょう。再訪。店内はＬ字形カウンタ－１０席、テ－ブル８席、半個室６席、個室４席。深夜営業が無くなる代わりにランチが加わると共にコンセプトが変更されメニュ－がコ－スのみとなりました。アミュ－ズは雲丹＆オマ－ル海老＆スクランブルエッグのミニス－プ。アントレは真鯛のマリネ＆里芋の聖護院蕪ラビオリ仕立てヴィネグレットソ－ス、ざる豆腐オリ－ブオイル＆ゲランド塩のソ－スケ－クサレ添え、牛蒡のス－プ、メインはイトヨリのフリット春菊のソ－スを頂きました。ビストロからレストランとなりシェフの実力が如何なく発揮されています。美味しい上にコスパも頗る大！お薦めです。
