                                                          Based on previous visits, our experience this time was far below what we are accustomed to At The Heads. Service was great as was atmosphere but the food and menu has changed and was pretty much the same pub food with chips offered everywhere these days. Even our waitress commented on the large amount of chips on the plate. Not really value for money or enticing fare. Sorry 3 out of 5 stars

                                                          Always enjoy my visits…fantastic vistas, delicious food, casual environment. Service was excellent with friendly helpful staff. Gnocchi was fab and sea food platter tasty, however think it should come with focaccia or fresh bread/butter…we were charged $6 for 2 slices of bread! Will definitely be back. Thanks

                                                          Very poor. Our booking was for 6.30. We arrived 6.25 and were seated promptly. We did not get anything to eat for 1 hour and 5 minutes. It wasn’t lack of staff as there were plenty. Food was a good standard but very small servings for the price Most patrons were looking around wondering where their food was. Would not recommend.

                                                          Disappointed that ordering app was used, especially since it did not transmit order to restaurant, despite taking money. My seafood linguini was ordinary, but the fish and chips were excellent, as was the mock tail. Staff were pleasant.

                                                          After multiple cancellations due to COVID, and two years waiting - we were back to At the Heads for Sunday lunch. The staff were accommodating with our booking and so welcoming on our arrival. The food and wine menu has maintained its excellent quality and range. We love the ambience, views and service there. We applaud and thank all working there for their commitment to excellence.

                                                          Pretty average to be honest slow service, the waiters were extremely noisey changing the tables & chairs. The meals were small. 2 prawns in a serving pretty lousy. And to cap it off the waiter dropped several plates on the floor very close to us with out a simple apology. Won’t be back as we come to area very often.

                                                          THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE. THE FOOD WAS LOVELY AND WAS BROUGHT TO THE TABLE IN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME. THIS IS A PRETTY SPECIAL PLACE TO SEE THE SUN GO DOWN AND THE BRIDGE LIGHT UP. SEEING THE BIRD LIFE IN AND AROUND THE RESTAURANT WAS LOVELY EVEN SAW A PELICAN.

                                                          The web site said you were closed but it also allowed you to book. I booked for the 3rd of April but the confirmation came back for the 4th of April. The website also confirmed closure for a wedding party. There was NO MEANS WHERE I COULD COMMUNICATE WITH THE HEADS TO RECKTIFY THIS SITUATION. No means to speak with a person.

                                                          The waiter who looked after us was excellent. The person who greeted us was a bit frosty and cold so we didn’t feel very welcomed. However our waiter made up for that. Food was good and, of course you can’t fault the view.
