Everything was great except for the service Fair at best

Terrible service

service was terrible. inattentive even when not all things on menu were available

The service was slower than the elevator. Waited an hour and a half for food. Drinks 20 minutes. Severs were non existent. Cute place. Nice vibe. Food was plated well but no flavor.

Great terrace to enjoy a good meal, ambiance and vibes perfect...

Overall great experience, however some dishes came out cold and server keep forgetting order; ambiance was great.

The setting is very nice. Live music rooftop nice views. The food is OK not spectacular the service is average. The music can be too loud sometimes but the environment is great.

None of the waiters wear masks. If you care about covid, avoid this place.

Food is amazing.... has been and but service and quality of the dining experience has considerably gone down... they now serve in plastic wine glasses and with Covid I wouldn’t consider it sanitary, the chairs and cushions are stained and old... The waitress didn’t know or understand the menu... and the restrooms were dirty and lacking toilet paper... hopefully everything will return to its original state.

Prices are high for the food, If the food were more high end and exceed expectations on flavors I wouldnt mind, still great place and Ill be back!

The cocktails were terrible but ambiance was amazing . I ordered a Paloma ..it came it tasted sour and nothing like a Paloma. I then ordered a second cocktail and said I just want a tequila with grapefruit. Waitress tells me we do not carry grapefruit juice. That’s the main ingredient in a Paloma so I honestly don’t know what drink they gave me first even though palomas are on the menu. Ambiance is incredible and some items on the menu taste good. Sea food appetizers were great, but my ribeye steak was burned

I ordered a lamb chops that were very good and for drink a pitch of Mojito ( not too much alcohol ) .Nice view from the rooftop .The place is expensive. The waitress was really nice .

Service was aweful. Our waiter basically told us that a lot of the items on the menu were not available in the most blandest way possible. Like there was no chance he can even try to help us out with the items and give us a list of what is or isn’t on the menu. Hostess looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. Horrible direction snd touring of the restaraunt.

Believe the reviews on service. Went for brunch. Kitchen staff and other staff didn't even seem to come to work on time to open the restaurant. The poor server who was stuck working the entire restaurant by himself. Luckily it was a beautiful day and the octopus was very good. Also - no masks worn properly and our table was too close to others so this isn't your spot if that concerns you.

Steaks ordered medium came out very rare. It was NYE and NYE specials menu was featured on their website, however the server said they were not doing any special menu. We were asked to move from a regular table to a lounge space because another party coming in needed it, however noone else sat down for over an hour.

That was by far one of the worst experience I’ve ever had. The food was horrible, the service was trash, inept and inadequate. I highly DO NOT recommend this place. A pricey experience for a lackluster service and experience. Stay away I imply you all!!!

The plastic cups for the drinks came dirty twice and the chicken and calamari were over grilled. Service was decent at best Great place for ambiance and drinks (in non dirty cups), but after that me nor my girlfriends would ever go there to eat again.

It was WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! The music was ok. But the style was really nice. Not a lot of food to pick from.

Don’t waste your time

Came here with a group of friends for drinks. The music was bad and the DJ didnt take requests. Overpriced shots and not so great tasting drinks mixed with terrible service by our waiter ahmed.

Had a wonderful night. Ordered several appetizers and cocktails. Everything was delicious. The vibe was nice.

Very clean venue, very good service. Big fan of the lady that walks up to your table to take your picture.
