   Very nice atmosphere in a cosy "italian Brasserie". Food delicious with fair prices considering the high quality. My special hint: the olive oil with the fresh bread.

   We had to wait more than 40min for the main course. 2 tables after we ordered received main course before us. They also took time as well. I understand that it was busy time. What I didn’t like the most is that the waitress realised that the guest next to our table didn’t receive main course but she didn’t check our table and didn’t even remove starter plate which was already finished long time ago. She apologise when I told her that we still haven’t received main course but she didn’t come to our table afterward. And when we leave restaurant, she clearly showed me the face that she was upset about my complain. I went to this restaurant for the 2nd time and 1st time was excellent. But today I completely experienced the opposite. It was a big shame.

   Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Abend in diesem Restaurant! Das Essen war durchweg köstlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns das Ambiente – stilvoll, gemütlich und einladend. Das absolute Highlight war jedoch der Service. Schon beim Empfang wurden wir sehr herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns direkt willkommen. Unser Kellner war äußerst aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Besuch – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

   Es war wirklich toll. Wunderbares Ambiente und das Essen war fantastisch. Noch dazu kam ein exzellenter Service.

   Toller Service, bei dem das Wohl des Gastes an erster Stelle steht. Hervorragende Qualität der Speisen, gute Auswahl und tolles Ambiente. Einziger negativer Punkt sind die für den Preis schon sehr kleinen Größen der Speisen, speziell bei den Nudeln. Ich kann das Assoluto trotzdem jedem weiterempfehlen

    Service Team war den ganzen Abend komplett überfordert aufgrund der vielen Gäste, mangelnder Erfahrung, schlechter Kommunikation. Wir waren um 20 Uhr da, das erste Getränk hatten wir um 20:45 auf dem Tisch. Einfach beim nächsten Mal 50 Gäste weniger an Silvester annehmen. Dann hättet ihr auch mehr Zeit gehabt um Getränke zu verkaufen und ordentlich zu bonnieren. Wahrscheinlich habt ihr pro Tisch 30-50 Euro liegen lassen. ;) Wir sind im vorderen Bereich gesessen ( Spiegeldecke ), dort war die Akustik sehr unangenehm. Großes Lob an die Küche, bis auf den kalten Fisch beim Hauptgang war alles perfekt. An Silvester kommen wir definitiv nie wieder
