   Beautiful day but all outside tables were closed. We had reservation, but, the noise level inside was deafening. Hostess quickly took cover off outside table. Service throughout was excellent, as we were only diners sitting outside.

   We stopped here for lunch after a walk because they have a patio and allow dogs. The view is nice, but the place illustrates the adage that there's an inverse correlation between view-niceness and food-tastiness. I had the seafood louie salad, which was mostly lettuce, with a couple stingy slices of avocado, two or three cherry tomatoes, a couple of cold mushy asparagus stalks, a small piece of slightly old, overcooked cold salmon, and a few shrimp. They brought a "homemade vinaigrette" on the side which was pure olive oil (ok, maybe a drop of vinegar visible at the bottom). When I asked for a better-mixed batch they did not seem to understand, and brought me back the same one as far as I could tell. A server--indeed, a human being--who doesn't know about oil and vinegar seems like a bit of a liability for a restaurant. If you just want drinks and a view, this place is pleasant. Go somewhere else for good food.

   Portions are not very generous and there seems to be something missing. My sausages were hot but my scrambled eggs were cold (and hardly any). The toast was cold too. My friend ordered the shrimp dish and it was not filling. It almost felt like after brunch/breakfast, we needed to order a dessert or something to fill up. The building is super cool. The tables are really nice. If you spend $25 or more, you get a pass to Mountain Hardware employee store, which we did go to and spent a couple of hundred dollars on. :)

   I have been there many times and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and courteous. They are also very professional.. The location is fantastic.. we need more of these and the best of all my dog loves it on the patio where dogs do meet as well and everyone is happy and well behaved.. I would also recommend their made to order pies when come the holidays.. How about Happy Hour Friday night??

   I made reservation on Open Table, but when we arrived, the restaurant was closed for the day (July 3). I had also left a telephone reservation, but there was never a response or an apology.

   Second visit, and we again found most of the food a tad light in flavor [chicken-apple sausage, waffle, home fries] -- but the French toast was tasty, servings are ample, and the atmosphere, location, and staff are all winners. We'll be back.

   Overpriced and not very good food. I paid $17 for an overdone, tiny chicken fried steak and about 6 cubes of potatoes. A total rip off. I wouldn't even mind if it tasted good, but it didn't. I don't eat eggs, so I left hungry - the server didn't offer to substitute fruit. We actually ordered some toast before we got the check because we weren't satisfied at all. The service was good, very attentive, but there was almost no one in there and I can see why. $65 for brunch later, we will not be back.

    Great space with nice waterfront location. Food quality varies depending on what you order. Service a bit too relaxed for my taste.
