   Although this restaurant is sort of "off the beaten path" it is well worth the drive. The food is excellent, seasonal, healthy, and delicious. The drinks are awesome...especially the Bloody Mary. Definitely worth it.

   Wonderful spot next to Rosie the Riveter Museum and the Bay Trail. The old Ford assembly plant has been transformed into a modern eatery with lots of light to go along with an open ceiling showing pipes and circuits from an earlier time.

   I loved the assembly plant remains polished and left as decor for the restaurant. Fascinating and so unique. I love the we got a pass to the employee discount clothing store. We shopped till we dropped. I read the menu online and was all set for frito pie but no frito pie the day I was there. Next time.

   Lunch at Assemble and over to Rosie the Riveter was convenient and fun. Loved the authentic location, too. Food was fresh and fun. Jackie Bay Area

   Too much cilantro! Why do restaurants think cilantro in coleslaw is universally appreciated? Sandwich buns are too sweet, meat & fish portions on sandwiches are small. Nice salads, aps, deserts, friendly service.

   A little hard to find but once there we enjoyed a delightful Sunday brunch. A+ for food and service. Before or after eating great waterfront stroll with a panoramic view of the East Bay and San Francisco!

   Beautiful day but all outside tables were closed. We had reservation, but, the noise level inside was deafening. Hostess quickly took cover off outside table. Service throughout was excellent, as we were only diners sitting outside.

    We stopped here for lunch after a walk because they have a patio and allow dogs. The view is nice, but the place illustrates the adage that there's an inverse correlation between view-niceness and food-tastiness. I had the seafood louie salad, which was mostly lettuce, with a couple stingy slices of avocado, two or three cherry tomatoes, a couple of cold mushy asparagus stalks, a small piece of slightly old, overcooked cold salmon, and a few shrimp. They brought a "homemade vinaigrette" on the side which was pure olive oil (ok, maybe a drop of vinegar visible at the bottom). When I asked for a better-mixed batch they did not seem to understand, and brought me back the same one as far as I could tell. A server--indeed, a human being--who doesn't know about oil and vinegar seems like a bit of a liability for a restaurant. If you just want drinks and a view, this place is pleasant. Go somewhere else for good food.
