    The food portions were definitely good and the taste of the dishes were great! My wife and I visited (our first visit) for our anniversary and enjoyed the experience. Some of the drinks are a little pricey, but are well made and worth it. The location throws you off a bit (in a shopping center), but the atmosphere inside is amazing. We will visit again.

    I understand you were busy. However, more preparation for a Saturday night should've been done. We had to remind our waiter to bring our appetizers. She said the kitchen was backed up. When our drinks arrived, a couple people didn't get theirs. Then we had to remind our server about bringing the missing drinks. Again, you were backed up. We all ordered together. Then the appetizers arrived, but one person was missing theirs. We reminded our waiter a couple times about the missing appetizer. It finally arrived with the meal. The octopus was good, but some of the fat needed to be trimmed off of it. The meals were well-seasoned, and the spice level was on point! Most of our party were from a different Caribbean Island, so we were all satisfied with our meal. The oxtail could've used a few more minutes in the pot to get more tender though. Another negative was the check. There were 3 couples, the server should've asked if we wanted ONE check, or separate checks. We told her separate checks. She then asked each person what we had, just so she could create separate checks. Unbelievable!!! When she brought us the checks, they were calculated incorrectly! Sigh!!! We decided to figure it out on our own without bothering her again.

    We wanted to have some brunch on Sunday. Early reservation. Was a very good experience. The fried green tomatoes were the best we have had. Great Bloody Mary. The entrees were spot on. We will definitely be back often. So glad to find a local spot with great food and service.

    Excellent service and ambiance. Would eat here again. The Jasmine drink was yummm. Cheesecake was way too dense. Wanted more chimichurri on the steak frites. Couldn’t taste it because the balsamic sauce overpowered it. Overall a great experience.

    Personnel are extremely nice although our service experience was just OK, our server forgot two requests. The food is really great! Due to the floor tiles and metal ceiling, noise level is really high so people might expect difficulty hearing each other. That said, we will return for the excellent food.

    (IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD)!!! We had been coming here quite a few times. Before COVID they were hit or miss. Now I can confirm we will NEVER be returning. This restaurant has gone downhill! The meal from start to finish was bad. The best part about our night was Caroline our server. The Chef needs to be replaced, the quality of the food on scale of 1-5 is a 0, the Manager had the audacity in a pandemic to changed out huge sections of straws with his bare hands after touching the kitchen door and the area to where the black straws were. (placing them in the bar area & to the right of kitchen door) HE'S THE MANAGER?!! The muscles were tough and fishy, the burger not done correctly with stale bread & wilted lettuce, the fried green tomatoes (don't get me started they went back twice), the fries were cold, the Brussel sprouts at least came hot and "edible". (though very salty)! I am stunned we we didn't receive full comp for our meal. Beyond disappointed on all levels. Will not make the mistake again by returning... Oh and horrible loud music! We left with headache...

    We went here for brunch for my birthday. The food did not disappoint! We had a server named Steve or Steven, I believe. Very kind and accommodating to everyone in the party, especially as we stayed a little late after the 3pm hour. Food was delicious, from the breakfast poutine to the meatloaf and fried green tomatoes. More than enough to share and leftovers! Restaurant itself was clean with a cool, music-inspired ambiance. Would definitely come here again! Thank you!

    The food was delicious. We had the fried tomatoes and grilled octopus as appetizers and was very good! For our entree we had the steak frites and the glazed salmon. Everything was very tasty. The only problem we had was a server was extremely nice but kept forgetting to bring the items we asked for and unfortunately had to correct our check 3 times. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We definitely will return.

    We were here for Mother’s Day and all of the food was great! Our whole table cleaned their plate. The service and atmosphere were excellent. We had the Banana Foster French Toast, Red Velvet Pancakes, Shrimp and Grits and Chicken and Waffles. All of it was so good. Our mom’s were very happy with their first experience here.
