We started out catering to the world's favorite celebrities, and now we cater to you every time you step into our restaurant, order a to-go meal, or have us cater your event or wedding. Ashling has you covered!

Come visit our needle in a haystack restaurant with some of the best ambiance in Anne Arundel County. We provide amazing food, generous portions, and quality service, while trying to showcase the magic happening behind the kitchen doors and cooking up all the food for backstage performances in the entertainment industry. Visited for brunch and had a blast! Seated within minutes of arriving. Great menu and drink selection. Raspberry Bellini is a must! Our server, Kennedy was amazing! She was very attentive and prompt. Will definitely be back!

We had a great experience at Ashling. Our server was attentive and friendly and the food was delicious. We also got the mimosa bottle service, which was great. The ambience was relaxed and beautiful. It was lively but not so loud we couldn’t converse. Definitely wanted to stay and drink and chat. I will definitely return!

Ashling is a great restaurant, especially when you get amazing bartenders & servers like Stephen & Liz. The food is always great - I haven't gotten anything that I haven't liked.

This is one of our go to restaurants, especially in the Bowie/Crofton (Rt. 50) area. Food is great. Service is great. Atmosphere is great. Just wished they'd stay open an hour later. Hidden gem you've got to try. Steak Frittes, Jerk Rasta Pasta, Short Ribs, all their mocktails. It doesn't matter.....

So I excited I found this gem, I will definitely return. The service was timely and friendly. Kennedy was our server, she’s a joy to be around. Ashling is my new favorite restaurant!!!!

Oh my goodness! Where do I start? The service at this restaurant was excellent! The staff made my husband and me feel welcome from the moment we stepped through the door. The professionalism of the staff, along with the manager working hard alongside his team, truly showcases what outstanding leadership looks like. The staff were incredibly skilled at making guests feel at home. To summarize this review, the food was the most delicious and flavorful I have ever experienced. Kudos to the chef!
