I always love their draft beers and pesto fries! Thanks!
Horrible service, we were barley checked on and the waiter would not even stop to hear everything we needed, and very loud.
What a bad experience at Ashley's. Been coming here for years. Saturday may be the last, unless it's a beer and leave because their beer selection is fantastic.
The service was horrible and that is something I never had happen there. No utensils, never asked how the food was, never even asked if we wanted another beer and soda. Soup and appetizer were cold.
The food was ok. We wanted to try something different. We weren't amazed. The Server wasn't good either.
We were a party of six with four kids. I ordered for myself and my four kids. We waited about 35 minutes for the food to come out and when the server put the food down he only had one kid meal. He asked if he could get us anything else and I asked about the other three missing meals. He said it would be a while and asked if we wanted goldfish to hold us over. He came back with a small bowl of chips. He never openly admitted to making a mistake when placing our order. They brought the three other dishes fairly quick however there was no butter on the buttered noodles. My three kids were served noodles on a plate that were barely warm. We also ordered a basket of fries that came with, what looked like a poppyseed dressing, but it was supposed to be jalapeño ranch. There was no overall apology and we were given the bill with no adjustments. I really think the server could’ve gone about the situation much differently seeing as though it was his mistake. We waited quite a while for the food, it came with only half hour order, and some items were wrong.
Service was not good at all. The wait was super long even though there were not many people in the restaurant. The food quality was not great either, and they forgot one of the things that we ordered :(
Love Ashley’s! Great bar food and good drinks. Can’t wait to come back.
Fried chicken was moreso grilled and unseasoned. Appetizers were really good, but who can go wrong with boneless chicken. Every beverage we ordered was flat, especially the Coca-Cola and the Sprite.
All of the workers were rude and we waited for our food for over an hour when the restaurant was close to being empty. The waitress kept forgetting everything and went back and forth almost 10 times. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, they are rude and truly inconsiderate of other peoples time. It was over a 2 hour experience, one of which I never want to repeat again
My wife and I loved eating here! Cozy but not secluded or private. The noise was fine and they played awesome music here. Staff was on top of it and the food was just amazing! Great portion sizes too for your money. Price was great too. We will be back
Four of us went for the first time on 2/14/21. We made reservations and got right in. Staff and patrons were wearing masks when/ where appropriate. The staff was very friendly. Our server may have been new but I asked for no onions on my burger and there were. My dining companion didn’t get their chips with their meal and the bread for their Philly steak and cheese was hard. We didn’t mention anything (everywhere just reopened and we were trying to cut people some slack), so they didn’t get a chance to fix it. The food was good by overall though and we’d go back.
Also, we sat by the brick wall next to the entrance and it was freezing cold (don’t sit there in the winter if you can avoid it).
Just okay, nothing special. Food was very basic but it did come out quickly.
Had a great experience at Ashley’s last night. Our server was super friendly and attentive, the drinks came out fast, food was tasty and dining inside felt safely socially distanced. We will be back!
Trivia was super fun and creative! Good beer selection!
Maybe due to Covid, but didn’t have a great experience at Ashley’s. Food was very late and the taste was very average.
Hats off to the owner of Ashley's for doing their best to keep people safe and healthy, while still ensuring a great time and excellent meal!
We were able to go on a nice date last night after being quarantined. We were happy to see that the place was set up to be at half capacity or maybe less... Every other table or booth was purposely not occupied. Groups were limited to a maximum of 6 people. Staff wore a mask all the time. And even though you were allowed to enjoy being at your table without your mask, you were not allowed to walk around the place without a face covering.
Regardless of your views, we can still all have fun and stay healthy and safe!
My respect to the owners and staff of Ashley's!
We were there for Lobsterfest and we both had the double lobster dinner. It was so DELICIOUS. Our waiter was amazing...I wish I could remember her name. (I'm sorry). The experience was worth the 45 minutes drive from home. We hope to be back in the future.
This was our first time at Ashley's and our first time at LobsterFest. We loved everything. The food, the service, the ambiance. We appreciated that everyone took the proper precautions and wore masks and seated customers apart.
Our lobster was cooked perfectly, our server, Josh, did an awesome job. We look forward to coming back!!
LobsterFest, even in a pandemic, was a lot of fun. Erik kept us stocked with napkins and food, and told us stories of Lobsterfests-past. (15 Lobsters in one sitting!) I'd recommend it.
I think Ashley’s should offer a large lobster tail during lobster fest
Not everyone wants a whole lobster it’s to hard to eat and you throw a lot away
It's a great local bar and restaurant. The fries are one of their best dishes and it's a great place for beer lovers.
Took far to long for refills and reorders on the lobster. It was great, but still would have left earlier and taken the table up less time.
Awesome lobster fest!
We had a wonderful first night out since covid! Server was wonderful and friendly and fast. Can’t wait to go back.
Good Spinach & artichoke dip. Amazing beer selection.
Great beer selection and weekly specials. Always do a great job of taking care of your beer needs.
Birthday dinner. Used our friend of the owner account for a birthday pizza. Everything was great aside from the service being a little slow.
Great food. Service was good. Kitchen a tad slow, but nothing to complain about as it was very busy.
Loved the deviled eggs !
Nice bar atmosphere. Food was good except my husband’s sandwich the roll was a bit stale or dry. Excellent clam chowder & appetizers. Overall very good.
Not bad but not particularly good but on the cheap side. Wouldn’t particularly go back.
Loved our server Krishna
Visited Ashley's during our visit to Ann Arbor and had a great experience. Excellent place to meet up for food and beverages. Excellent selection of scotch samplers and service was very good. Can't wait to return.
Fantastic service, just a little louder than expected.
We went there for dinner. All 3 of us enjoyed our meals. Good beers and reasonable prices. Decor is somewhat dated.
The place was nice. Didn't wait long. And the service was great 💜.
When we came in we had reservations the host told us our tabel will be ready in 5 minutes, we waited 20 minuets and watched him seat 5 couples who came in after us before I asked him again if our tabel was ready and he asked my name again then took us to our tabel. Waitress was polite, enthusiastic, helpful, and awesome. We both ordered lobster and i couldnt eat mine after seeing the green stuff (i had the meat from one claw that was all) and asked for a menu and threw my lobster away, then was charged for the lobster i didnt eat. I ordered a chicken wrap and it was great! Overall not the best experience with the host and the food and bill.
Our first time trying out Lobster Fest. We had an awesome time. Despite the restaurant being packed the server was very attentive. Great deal on Lobster. Highly recommend you check it out next year! We will definitely be back.
Lobsterfest was amazing. I would recommend this event for all the lobster lovers during father's day weekend
Went for the Lobster Fest, Lobster was delicious (but could have used at least SOME seasoning) Cajun, montreal, OLD BAY, anything! Everything else (but the coleslaw) was tasteless and bland... No seasoning on potatoes, Plain packaged bread, just terrible... Not worth it. Rather pay an extra $5-$8 per meal to get some FLAVOR added. Will not be participating in this lobsterfest again. I'll wait and go to the Great American Lobster Festival instead...
Lobsterfest was amazing!
