Ashiana Indian Restaurant
Ashiana is a premium Indian restaurant that serves specialties from several regions across the exotic country. The ambiance is charming and intimate, making it the perfect place for a romantic date with a loved one. There is a wide variety of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes on the restaurant’s menu, as well as an exclusive Jain menu. Ashiana is particularly popular for its large spread daily lunch buffet.
Popular starters at Ashiana include mushroom masala, samosas filled with spiced potatoes or minced meat and gourmet tandoori kababs. Try a house specialty like Rogan Josh, an exotic Kashmiri entrée, tandoori meat Korma and tikka masala. All of these are served with peas pulao and naan. Vegetarian specialties include zucchini masala, bhindi masala and paneer tikka masala. End your meal with a traditional dessert like gajar halwa, which is a warm carrot pudding or pistachio kulfi, which is an authentic ice cream.
Great food, quiet, great service, lots of vegetarian options, one of our favorite places. Never many people, maybe lunch is the busy time.
Food was mediocre. Liked the appetizers more than the entrees.
Good brunch. I will return. Good food.
Very satisfactory. Food was great. Our chief was entertaining.
The food was good. Our waiter was kind and very patient. My first time here. I would come again.
Great flavors friendly service. It took a bit more time to get our meal but food was great
Very good food, ambience was lacking.
We went there Monday night for a team dinner. Besides the 7 of us there was only one other table full of guests
The food was great. Both veg and non veg was ordered. We had a great variety of food. The Lamb ribs were delicious !
This place was recommended to me by a friend, and it's definitely a local place. The decor is not much but the food was excellent. The food stained menus need to be replaced though. The saffron tomato soup really hit the spot. We really enjoyed the lamb and chicken tikka masala too. The wait staff was very kind and it would be a great place to try if you have not had Indian food before.
We haven't been to Ashiana for some time, but decided to try it out again with friends last Sunday - the food was very good, service good and we had a very nice evening.
Overall a nice experience. Food was good... Atmosphere was a little quiet, would be better with background music. Price was a little high, when you can get the same food at lunch for 30% of the cost.
We have been here about three times, food is always outstanding. Service is great. We have not seen it crowded, and you can hear!
We will be back.
