    The door was wide open so cold. We were sat through the back in another space where they were prepping food and cleaning cutlery around us. Tea took ages to arrive. Eggs were cold. Orange juice was not fresh.

    Service was not good at all, we forgotten about and were given dessert menu and never saw server again. We would have ordered more drinks if someone come to the table too

    I made reservation but when I arrived, my table not ready. They just start prepare my table and small Menu. Very below my expectation.

    We booked a Mother’s Day breakfast here on the understanding that it was a buffet breakfast Upon arrival we were advised that the hot food had been removed from the buffet and that we could order one item from the ala carte menu and then partake in the continental buffet The hot items were all cold when delivered to the table and the continental pastries etc were limited and stale The only reasonable part of the experience was the coffee Extremely disappointing

    We enjoyed an excellent meal at Ascua. It was delicious and a very handy spot since we went to a concert at His Maj afterwards.

    Walked in for our booking and no one was standing at entrance, we were then shown to our table, no menus or asked if we would like water or a drink, the tables are far too close to other dinners, we should have been back to back with other dinner, we then waited another 15 minutes for someone to ask if we would like a drink, then we were given menus. We ordered entrees which took a further 20 minutes to come, we then noticed a guy next to us who was given 3 courses while we were still waiting for our mains, the food was great, however it was a very disappointing experience for our first time, we would not go back again or recommend this restaurant to others.

    Not the experience I envisaged. Waited for nearly 45 minutes for entree to be served. Very limited menu options. I paid for the entree asked to be packed for me and I was told should be ready in 2 minutes and 8 minutes later it was still not ready. Overall very disappointed and won’t recommend it to anyone.
