These meals are prepared hours in advance and cooked low and slow in order to achieve the smoky, rich, bold flavors that develop over a longer grilling time. We do not accept cancellations or changes within 48 hours of the scheduled Asado. Cancellations will be refunded less processing fees. Our Asados are rain or shine events. Bee’s Knees Week is a nationwide campaign led by Barr Hill Gin, celebrating the classic cocktail and pollinators that keep our ecosystems thriving.
