Arturo’s Ristorante Ratings and Reviews
Everything was fantastic! Pasta Di Napoli was superb! The shrimp and scallops were cooked to perfection. Other members of the party had eggplant, chicken picata, and chicken and broccoli and everyone enjoyed their meal. The Tiramisu was a great ending to the meal. We'll all be back for another delicious meal!
First visit to Arturo's and we were not disappointed. Very energetic, but not unexpected. Make sure you have a reservation, otherwise you will be waiting a while. We were sat right away upon arrival and our very personable server, John came over to describe specials and take our drink order. We decided to skip cocktails, although the list looked very enticing. John took our order promptly and helped with several spot-on recommendations. We split two appetizers, a Pear Arugula Salad, and Pan-seared Scallops over Shaved Brussels Sprouts - both were excellent and perfectly sized. Entrees were the Pollo Toscano and the Butternut Tortellacci - both were also excellent and sized appropriately. Dessert was spectacular - Trio of Gelato and Chocolate Mousse. Espresso and Grappa topped off the dinner. The wine list was very good with many excellent values.
Overall, we were very impressed with Arturo's and will be back again soon!
We had made a reservation. Our table awaited. Welcoming and gracious m’aitrre d’. Attentive and knowledgeable staff members. Inviting and comfortable ambiance. Enjoyed the beautiful caprese salad, savory meatballs and pappardelle Bolognese. We shall return!
The food was not great for the price. Ordered a glass of wine and the server blamed the bartender for holding back the wine. When stated was no longer interested there was a discussion again about the bartender. She then brought us an after dinner drink that was horrible --- should have offered to take something off the price of the dinner.
I have been coming here for the last 4 years. This is my favorite restaurant in the area. I choose to go here first for special occasions, a casual lunch or just to get pizza. Their food is wonderful and they always have really good and interesting specials. I highly recommend Arturo's.
It was our Anniversary Dinner and we were drinking and eating our appetizer when our sweet waitress brought over two champagnes for us. It was so thoughtful and unexpected. My sweetie's mouth dropped!! Priceless!! Manager at end came by our table to see how satisfied we were which was nice. Nice atmosphere. Great martinis, and desserts are killer!!!
We met with six of our long time friends & each had a great meal. The service was terrific and the food also was excellent. While the dining room was busy, it was quiet and allowed for relaxed conversation amongst our group. We don't meet all that often but I expect we will be back at some time in the near future.
It was a busy night. The senior maitre d' graciously seated us at one of the highly sought after booths; and despite the full occupancy we felt at home; in fact comforted and reassured by the background humming -- the sounds and sense of a restaurant doing its best work. (During the course of our meal, senior staff members circulated and were sincerely interested in how their patrons were experiencing the evening.) Our waiter, Brett was knowledgeable and thoughtful. The caprese salad was among the most delicious and beautifully presented we have enjoyed. The meatball appetizer was a delight -- savory beef balls in a seasoned tomato sauce with crusty garlic bread. Roasted asparagus were tender and flavorful. Last, the lobster risotto demanded a heartfelt congratulations to the chef! One leaves Arturo's with the impulse to do it all again, ASAP!
Even though my business partner and I were late significantly for our reservation because we were unexpectedly tied up at work, the staff still kept our table for us and our guest. I apologize for our lateness. Our server Libby was attentive, friendly and efficient. All our meals were prepared to our order and delivered to us timely. The manager of the night stopped by our table to make sure we're satisfied with our meals and service. Many thanks for the wonderful dining experience at the Arturo's Ristorante in Westborough, MA! Arturo's is consistently good and reasonably priced. The fresh italian food is North End delicious and the bar is a special place to drink, eat and make friends. It's nice to know you don't have to drive into Boston to find quality Italian food at very fair prices and not have to worry about a long ride home.
Arturo's is fantastic! Friends have been recommending us to try it for a long time and we finally went - it is now a place we are already planning on returning to! Don't let the strip-mall location fool you. The inside is modern and clean. And of course, the food it awesome! Having grown up in an Italian house, I rarely find Italian restaurants that I can recommend. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARTURO's!!! Menu has a good combination of Italian favorites but also some newer selections too. And the service was excellent despite being a full house! Plus, get this - I ordered the Polo Toscano but by mistake, they delivered the Polo Picatta. I told them it was fine and turned out to be delicious (it was my other choice!) Even so , they comped my meal!! Who does that?? Just a great experience all around right form walking in the door until we left. Go to Arturo's - you will love it!
Our server Tim was welcoming, courteous, attentive and professional as always. He was in his top form and also served my guest and me a complimentary dessert wine, which was tasty. My heart thanks to the Arturo's staff for such an enjoyable dining experience! Y.S. Kim
Glad we made our reservation on Open Table! We had a party of 6 for Saturday night and several walk-ins turned away as they were packed. The atmosphere was casual and the noise level a bit loud for an intimate dinner. Regardless it was well worth it as the food was outstanding. Will definitely be returning soon.
First time dining at Arturo's using Phantom Gourmet gift card. Food was very good but not exceptional. Arincini marsala appetizer was great as was my wife's lobster pasta special. My veal parm was good but needed to ask for extra sauce. Our server, Christine, was very helpful, attentive and very friendly. Not a place for a romantic dinner but if you want a decent Italian dinner, worth a try.
I've been stuck on their Pollo Toscano lately.... so good I can't stop ordering it... sautéed chicken breast, prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, sautéed with white wine, garlic, tomatoes, fresh basil over tuscan eggplant ravioli. I'm not wild about eggplant so I either ask for potatoes or veggies instead.
Others enjoyed their heirloom tomato caprese salad special... pasta with chicken and broccoli.
Service always excellent.
A friend and I went to Arturo's for lunch after a little shopping. We had a wonderful time! It was my friend's birthday celebration and the waitress was fabulous. I had the bolognese sauce with the zucchini noodles, which I loved. My friend had the wild mushroom ravioli and those were also great! We'll be going back soon.
