Anniversary dinner and we both did the 7 course tasting menu. Our server Kent was excellent as well as the other staff that took care of us. Food was delicious and I was so full towards the end, in a good way! Definitely met and exceeded my expectations.

It was my wife’s birthday and one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. Great service and food!

Very nice ambience. The food is great and so was the service. The waitress even provided free small desserts for our anniversary celebration.

I’m from out of state, visiting my children. I wanted to treat them to dinner. Somewhere they probably would not go to on their own. We had a wonderful evening. The service and the food were excellent. There was even talk of them returning with their spouses.

Valentine's Day fixed menu was excellent, and the service on a freezing cold rainy night was still top-notch. Attention should be given to the table footings...both our table and the one next to us "rocked" to the extent that water easily sloshed from the (very nice) water glasses. We had to ask one of the staff to put a shim under the base.

We had the Valentine's Day 6/7 course meals with wine pairings and both were excellent. The service was terrific and our server took the time to go over each course, the wine characteristics, and even a little history. It was a great experience!

decent food. some of the tasting menu courses take way too long in between. I also ordered a cappuccino at the end and they never brought it to me. Pretty fun to sit at the counter to watch the kitchen.

Our first time to experience French. We went on Jazz band night which was a great three man band. Our waiter was so friendly and helpful through the whole night. We tried the Chefs 6 course meal with wine pairing. We got to try such amazing courses and everyone of them had its own wine that paired superbly. It was so much fun and I highly recommend the experience.

Spent an early Valentine’s Day here for dinner and it was absolutely beyond delicious. Everything from the bread to the salads were amazing, but the lamb loin and ribeye were ridiculously good. And dessert!!! Can’t wait to return soon!

My boyfriend and I went to Artisans to celebrate a early valentines' dinner as he is working on the actual day. We wanted to try French cuisine, but this is not for us. The ambience is nice and service was great, though a little too dimmed lit for a good picture. Overall, great experience except this is not our palate.

Checking this one off the “gotta try” list. Sat at the bar over looking kitchen. Bustling Saturday night action with good vibe. Smart looking crowd of all ages. Frenchish themed menu. A wee bit pricey but come on, there paying Midtown rent. Had to try one of my favorites, escargot. Disappointed, forgettable and overpriced at 19.95 to get only 4. Main corse Parmesan crusted sea bass was amazing and respectable portion. Extensive wine list. Had a bottle of pouilly-fuisse (a little overpriced but not price gouging). Service? Friendly, professional but it was a busy night. Weekend Parking? Forget about it. Valet or Uber, it’s midtown madness on weekends. Overall I definitely look forward to coming back to try other delicious menu options or one of their special wine diners.

Great food. My husband had the 6 course menu. All delicious. I had tuna and halibut special also excellent. We shared the exceptional chocolate mousse dessert. This is just great cooking with care.

The food and service were fantastic! The Chilean Sea Bass was delicious as were the pan seared scallops and ravioli. We also loved the peppered tuna and escargot. A fun night out!

Excellent birthday dinner! We all had the six course dinner and were more than pleased with all selections. My daughter had the wine pairing and thoroughly enjoyed! This was our first visit but we will return!

We are a group of 4 business guys that love to have our meetings here at Artisans when we can. The food is great and the lunch menu is very reasonable priced. The management and staff are incredibly nice and make you feel welcome and show that they really appreciate your business.

The service and food are always excellent, easy parking in the garage and the owner is always around greeting his guests.

We had an incredible time celebrating our anniversary. Thank you for everything.

The Artisan is a 3 star restaurant at 5 star prices and couldve had much better customer service. We had to order our meals 3 times and the wrong food was brought to our table. We ordered 1 glass of white wine twice and they brought out a red and brought out the wrong dessert twice. Under no circumstances should a 20% tip have been included with our bill. The food was as ordinary as a 3 star restaurant. I've had much better steak at Saltgrass for 40% of the price. The Artisan should be embarrassed by the portions they serve at the prices the charge and their staff should be properly trained. For a Tuesday night, our food should have been delivered much faster and not taken an hour and dessert shouldnt have taken an additional hour. They did however check on our table every minute for payment like we were going to run out on the ticket which is quite offensive considering we were the only Hispanics in the restaurant. The other parties were NOT treated in such a manner.
