   Our waitress was amazing! The pool is so warm and so are the huts. It was a great experience and we would recommend it to anyone looking for away to escape the cold without leaving the area. Will do again!

   3-13-2023 The food was great. We both ordered from the Restaurant Week menu. I enjoyed the cod cakes appetizer, the roasted cauliflower and farro with the sun-dried tomato arugula sauce entree and the tiramisu for dessert. It was more than I could eat, and I’m finishing it up for lunch today. My husband had the cucumber salad, the veal pasta, and also the tiramisu. He loved them too. The service was very friendly good generally—but slow, and I do have trouble with the sound level. Voices, music, clanking of dishes and silverware make it difficult for me to carry on a conversation. Still, it’s an excellent restaurant.

   We arrived about 30 minutes prior to our reservation and enjoyed a cocktail at the bar. The vibes were great, and the service was excellent. Food was great as was the presentation. They have a good wine selection (and helpful sommelier) that spans any pallet and pocketbook. We will definitely visit again when in the area.

   Our server Victoria (I think) took care of our every need; she performed her service with knowledge of her job and with tact and skill. She was a lovely, sincere person. The table settings were beautiful—we enjoyed the simple white roses and little lights. For me, the only thing slightly off was the noise level. I wear hearing aids, and I know that other hearing-aid-wearers have a similar problem in restaurants.

   The only thing was that the fire alarm went off and made it difficult to hear each other as it was a work meeting! We were going to get our dessert to go then the alarm went quiet. Thanks!

   We had the restaurant week pre-fix , the descriptions were more appealing than it actually tasted. The service was ok. It took 3.5 hours and the gap between the 1st and 2nd course was nearly an hour which felt too long for early in the night- we sat at 4:30. We have been there several times and this was not the best experience. However, it wouldn’t deter me from coming back. Great ambiance, great views and usually good food.

    We were there during restaurant week and enjoyed the 3 course meals very much. Of course the rooms were packed and we had to wait 25 minutes beyond our reserved time. However, the hostess suggested we obtain drinks at the bar and wait in the adjacent community room. We did and it was very pleasant. She them came and directed us to our table.Our waiter was Joanna and she was wonderful - knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. We also enjoyed chatting with the manager and learning about the "charm bracelet". We look forward to returning!

    The greeting was not necessarily ideal, but after requesting a different table our experience turned out to be wonderful. I won't lie we considered going somewhere else at first due to the poor seating and wait times, but after speaking up we were given a nicer table and a proper waiter. More than five people waited on us and they were professional and kind, the chef gave us some complimentary dishes which were AMAZING, and we got half off our bottle of champagne which was also extraordinary.

    Artisan is fabulous! When you are greeted at the door you realize that it’s going to be a special evening. You can check your coat before being escorted to your table. The bar has an amazing fireplace as does the dining room. Looking out at the bay is lovely any time of year- I can’t wait til it’s warmer and we can sit on the patio (no reservations, only first come, first served). And that’s before we even get to the food and the professionalism of the staff. As the manager, Doreen (Sp?) is most welcoming and warm, with a great eye to detail. Abdul seems to be everywhere, and gives just that little extra je ne sais quoi when making fabulous cocktails. Giovanni, Ann Marie, Johanna, and all others make it a pleasure to dine at Artisan. Finally, the food. The amuse-bouche is a lovely start to the meal, followed by warm focaccia served with oil and vinegar. One of my favorites is the lobster roll and fries, though the shrimp cocktail, fish and tuna crudo are also fabulous. This is a splurge restaurant, so plan on making a really lovely evening out of it!

    Valentines dinner w 3 course meal, two were great (snapper and desert) and 1 blah. Great wine list. Interesting cocktails. Second visit and both are worthy of special events. Blah was Truffle soup w shaved black truffles -was bland and with no truffle flavor which was weird as there were 2-3 shaves of truffle visible. Puff pastry topping and cheese were perfect We’ll return

    We used the Cozy Cabanas this winter. The menu was more limited because of that outdoor pool experience, yet the food and service was delicious. Our teen boys declared Artisan's french fries as the best they've ever had. We also had burgers, salmon and cesar salads. Everything was wonderful- and the outdoor service was fantastic.

    We reserved a cabana in the outdoor pool area. While the pool and cabana were great, the food options were very limited and extremely expensive. $25 for a cheeseburger. Hopefully they modify their cabana menu in the future.

    We always have a wonderful dining experience at Artisan, we dined 2 nights this stay at the Delamar. There was a new seasonal menu. We enjoyed the Hangar Steak and the Duck. Everything was cooked to perfection. We enjoy dining in the lounge area, it’s a little more intimate and relaxed.

    We did the “cozy cabana” and it was so much fun! We ordered the charcuterie tray ahead of time and it was there ready and waiting when we arrived to the cabana. Our server was timely and great and also gave us our space to enjoy the 93 degree pool and time to relax. We both got the burgers and the jam is delicious! Can’t wait to be back!
