    The restaurant was empty of all diners except 2 people at the bar and 2 outside tables. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive. There was a $12.00 charge for bread with no option for complimentary bread. I would not recommend the restaurant for dinner. We met a friend and it was embarassing. The food was so so.

    Location is amazing right on the water in Bal Harbor. The service is outstanding as well. The prices are very high for what you get in terms of food and drinks. But it's at the Ritz-Carlton, so that goes with the territory and you're also paying for the location in a way.

    Excelente atención de todos. Desde la recepción, hasta la Excelente atención de Juan, quien nos atendió en la mesa. Festejamos el cumpleaños de mi Esposa y tuvieron la gentileza de hacer una atención de un postre con velas. La comida muy buena, como también los tragos. El precio acorde al lugar. 5 estrellas, sin duda para regresar.

    Loved our experience! This is a first Miami Spice experience for me. Incredible ocean views. Priceless. Selection was impressive, portions were generous. Food was beautiful fresh and yummy and the Desert was not too sweet which I appreciated- overall was incredible. We had the cod starter, snapper for entree - flan and cream brûlée for dessert. Coming back to check your ala cáete menú soon. Thanks Artisan Beach House!

    The feel of the restaurant was nice. The food was good enough. Nothing great. The price did seem high for the quality of food. My husband and I both ordered from the Miami Spice menu and got different appetizers and entrees. We did share dishes to try as much as possible on the menu. But nothing really was rememberable.

    The food was amazing. The food presentation was amazing . The server was not attentive ! Several request utensils ! Several request to have our glass refilled with water ! Several missed opportunities for us to order more drinks ! For $175 per person ! The food was the best part !

    Usually this place is very good. It had rained, so it was all indoors. Piano player/singer was not good, off key singing. Service was spotty, slow. Even though very polite, it was not up to Ritz Carlton par levels. I would recommend they retool, get a better singer (or none) and works on food quality and service level.
