   Incredible! Service was impeccable. I want to especially call out JUAN as my wait staff he was incredible. extremely professional, kind. made me feel very welcome and very pampered in line with what the expectation is at a Ritz Carlton property. 1000% will be a repeat guest.

   This Easter Brunch has been a real rip off. From the variety of food to the quality of what is served it is a shame for Marriott and Ritz. I have been a Marriott Ambassador for many years and I am a Tinanium for life: in 25 years of elite membership i have been staying in hundreds of properties. In my whole life experience I have never seen such a poor buffet for a brunch. Not even a regular Marriott regular breakfast. All this for 220 usd per person without any alcohol. Really bad. Never again.

   A beautiful location, sat outdoors facing the water, weather was great which added to a lovely eve, service was outstanding Juan was attentive,polite,professional. Food choices were great (Rosemary warm bread, brûlée goat cheese on a nice salad, short ribs on cheese grits & snapper fish. All were cooked & tasted delicious

   Server was great. Food and ambience were not at all what was expected. Expected a nice seafood steakhouse, not a loud bar with people coming in wet from the beach. Food was 7/10, good but not great. Ambience was 3/10. Bright, loud, and far from cozy.

   Nice and quiet setting over looking the water. You can easily talk to one and other without any loud music playing and/or interruptions. It was the perfect lunch spot for meeting our long time friends. Nice menu sélection and fairly priced. We ordered the tacos, tuna tartare and goat salad. All were well prepared, presented and delicious. Serving sizes were just right too. We found the wait service was friendly, courteous and attentative. Yes, I would recommend and definitely will dine here again.

   I like the customer service from the entrance all the way to our seats. If you sit outside they have blankets when it gets cold ooooh I loved it

   My husband and I came here for a belated Valentine’s Day dinner. The valet service in front of the hotel was very quick and efficient. We sat outdoors, and it was very pleasant. Our server, Mariana? She was wonderful. We both had steak with mashed potatoes. Absolutely delicious. They had a woman singing karaoke for the entertainment. We really appreciated that the volume from the entertainment was on the subdued side so that we could easily talk. The singer was great and chose low-key jazzy romantic songs. What we especially appreciated was that the server asked us for our valet ticket to validate at the end of our dinner. We thought that was great because usually we have to ask or go somewhere to get it validated. Really excellent service we felt the ambience was classy, elegant, but not stuffy. It was beautiful on the terrace overlooking the intercoastal. We absolutely will go back!

    Artisan Beach House is amazing ! They have fabulous salads and great ambiance. Ask for outdoor seating. We were inside during st valentine night and missed the live entertainment and full moon. Also they blast air conditioning so if you don’t like 64F, seating outside is fabulous. Next time I will make sure to request it ! Fabulous place for romantic diner !
