Our mission is to bring to Bridgwater an authentic gastronomical experience, where cuisine and cocktails are curated to make your heart and mouth content. Our talented Head Chef Lukasz has several years experience in Polish and Swedish fine dining restaurants. He moved to the UK in 2017, followed by his wife and children in 2018. Since then, he has held the position of Head Chef at The River Parrett, Bridgwater, and Sous Chef at The Castle, Taunton, before starting his own business as Head Chef here at Artichoke. Lukasz describes his food as creative yet simple, elegant and tasty, with a focus on fresh, quality ingredients.

So on Sunday we booked using the online system to arrive to the venue locked up. I would say that was poor customer service. We were on a 6 hour commute home and felt really let down by this

We had the 5 course and it was outstanding. Staff were attentive and ambience was warm and welcoming. Definitely go again when we are in the area. Thank you for a lovely evening.

Lovely food and friendly professional service. Was a tad quiet in there but it was very early evening. Outside area looks great for summer nights out.
