「恵比寿郵便局前」と「恵比寿二丁目」の間の新橋通り沿いにあるレストラン。８年振りにディナ－で再訪。白と茶を基調として落ち着いた佇まいの店内はテ－ブル１６席の作り。店名は仏語で‘ア－ティチョ－ク’の意。スタンダ－ドコ－スをオ－ダ－。アミュ－ズは甲殻類のビスク、アントレは、オマ－ル海老＆三島野菜(オクラ、ズッキ－ニ他)のテリ－ヌエシャロット＆トマトのソ－ス、フォアグラ＆トランペット茸のフラン黒トリュフ載せ、メインは、ヒゲダラのムニエルブ－ルノワゼットソ－ス蕗の薹ベニエ＆ベ－コンで巻いたじゃが芋のグリル添え、和牛のロティ同出汁＆赤ワイン＆ポルト酒のソ－スＷアスパラガスのポシェ添えを頂きました。お料理は正統派クラッシックの素晴らしいお皿です。ビスクとフランは意に染み渡ります。すっきりした味付けが素材の持ち味を活かす王道フレンチ！感動の美味しさで前回ランチ訪問時とはお味が激変。評価を上げます。大絶賛。

関西人なので、フレンチは大阪・神戸・京都・和歌山等で色々食べてきたんですが、数年前に東京へ越してきてから、なかなか自分にしっくり来る店が無くて難儀してました。（もちろん、東京には凄い店が数えきれないほどありますし、好きな店も沢山ありますが、着心地のいい大島紬のような店が少ない。変な例えですがｗ）そこで知人から教えてもらった「アーティショー」。まだ数回しか行ってませんが、コージーでニート且つ、良い具合に瀟洒な店内は、嘗て夙川（西宮の高級住宅地）にあったChez　Yamadaを彷彿とさせる居心地の良さを感じます。サービスは、とても感じのいい女性が切り回していて過不足なく、時には優しいシェフが温かい接客をしてくれます。肝心の料理はクラシックをベースにした安定感抜群・深淵なる味わい。じっくり腰を据え、良質なワインを楽しみながら食事が出来ます。ジビエは雷鳥や青首、ウズラ（グリ）、ベカス、リエーブル等、大変美味しかったです。勿論ジビエも素晴らしいし人気ですが、魚介料理も大変魅力的。それと、お値段もお安く感じます。（オーナーシェフならではの様々な工夫の結果でしょうか）デセールもがっちりと味が決まっていて、一流パティスリーのそれ。通い詰めたくなる店です。

ジビエコースを頂きました。当日は鳥系はヤマシギ、ライチョウ、小鴨。四つ足はイノシシと熊がオンリストされていました。料理はどれも直球勝負で量もしっかりあり食べ応え抜群。ワインリストも90年代以降の古酒がそこそこ揃っていて価格もお手頃でした。小手先でない味わい深い料理と銘醸ワインをお手頃価格で味わえる名店だと思います。

店員さんのつかず離れずのサービスが絶妙であったこと、また高級食材が次々に提供されたこと、素敵でした。ｃ/ｐも悪くない。強いて問題と言えば駅からの距離かなと思いますが、考えてみれば人を誘うにあたり、あの距離を以て「ちょっと遠いけど素敵なお店だよ」と逆に利点にできると思います。つかず離れずのサービスの妙はお世辞なしに感銘しました。上記評価は、サービスと雰囲気が特によかったので、他の評価を下げざるを得なかったためにこうなった結果です。是非是非リピート訪問させていただきます。

料理は美味しかったです。でも、事前に3名で予約して行ったが、テーブルセットが2名分しかセットされておらず、フロアーでのサービスが全然駄目でした。更に、大勢のグループが大声で騒いでいる（居酒屋と誤解？）のも止めず、店の中が非常にうるさく、非常に不快なディナーでした。

毎月、主人とお給料日後にディナーをする日。があるのですが今回は前からずっと気になっていたアーティショーさんを選ばせていただきました。味についてはみなさん各自、お好みがあると思いますが私も主人も大満足。得に前菜で出てきたフォアグラの鰻巻き、そしてブラックトリュフをふんだんにトッピングされているのは感激！焼きたてのパンもすごくおいしかったです。お料理に関しては本当にお腹いっぱいになりとっても満足しました。唯一、残念だったのが横のテーブル席の人の話声、笑い声がすっごく聞こえ、ちょっと食べるのに集中できず、目の前の主人の声もあまり聞こえなかったほど・・・。そういう面においてしっとりデート用、には向いていないかもしれません。とにかく美味しいものを食べたい。という人にはいいと思います！

お料理が美味しくて、ワインの状態も良く、シェフがとっても親切で、恵比寿～白金の間のオシャレなエリアにあるのにＣＰも良い、素敵なお店。恵比寿～白金界隈で、美味しいフレンチをリーズナブルに楽しみたい日に、オススメです。
