Arthur is Surry Hills’ newest neighbourhood restaurant. Headed up by Tristan Rosier, and named after his grandfather, the team aim to showcase our excitement for the local produce on offer through the constantly evolving set menu and all Australian wine list. Served to the table by our chefs, our menu is created so you can focus on your conversation and company, rather than what you’ll be ordering.

Continuing on with Tristan’s family tradition where his grandparents used to get everyone together, and like his parents do now, we now hope to do this for our community and be the place where you celebrate milestones, catch up with loved ones and spend time with those who matter the most.

Awesome restaurant in a beautiful part of Surry Hills. Food was excellent and they catered very well for vegetarians who were part of our group. Super impressed.

Probably the best food for value the price I have ever had. It was seriously one of the best places I’ve been to in years and that’s a massive compliment coming from a fine dining background. Would highly recommend and would want to know when menu change happens. Thanks very much for great night

Arthur is the ultimate location for dinner, lunch etc. I took my partner to Arthur for his birthday and we were absolutely blown away by not just the delicious food but the amazing service. Arthur is now our favourite dining destination!
