ArteZania Kitchen & Cantina
Was staying at the resorrt and wanted a quick and easy bite- Our waitress was Barbara and she was great - would definitely go back if we were in the area
We were on vacation in Valentine’s Day and knew restaurants may be crowded, so we ensured we made reservations. Upon arrival, every table was full and no one had food. We told the hostess about our reservation, and she told us to hang on a moment. Then, she let us know that we’d have to wait because there were no open tables. I’m not sure why they accept reservations if they do not plan on honoring them, especially on the biggest reservation night of the year.
Also, there were no indications on Open Table that this restaurant was inside a hotel, which I think should be disclosed.
The worst, terrible food.. service not good although our waitress was very nice. I Do not recommend this place
We were skeptical when we found it was located in a Holiday Inn but it was on Open Table and have never been disappointed with the restaurants listed. The restaurant was empty, flag #1. The chili relleno was disappointing either a thick hard crust of ?. The Street tacos were very dry. Never again.
Best food. Great service definitely would recommend and will definitely be back
It is a beautiful restaurant with a wide variety of items on their menu. Service was fast and friendly, food was delicious. I didn’t have any drinks but they looked delicious too. On thursdays they offer live music which was very entertaining and so much fun. Highly recommend for a casual meal or special occasion!
The food was decent but extremely over priced, probably because it was a resort but it was still to expensive for a lunch meal that totaled $70 for the two of us and we gave the waitress a $10 tip.
The waitress however gets 5 stars she was excellent in her customer service, she smiled, very good.
