Wonderful outdoor patio area with great heaters and ambiance. Food was yummy esp. fried calamari and meatball appetizers. Almost felt like normal

Arte is one of my top picks in the area! Great outdoor setup - very warm, spaced out and comfortable. Brunch was tasty and service was ok - the servers were busy but they did their best. They are usually very attentive so think this was just an off day! Glad to see them open and will be back soon!

This seemed like an off night for this place. Appetizer arrived luke warm after a long wait and it took nearly an hour for the mains to arrive. Getting the staff’s attention was nearly impossible.

What a treat to be able to eat out in the perfect atmosphere during this pandemic. The tables are outside in the back, they are 6 feet apart, there is heating and yet there is fresh air as well. The setup is perfect.

Had my favorite meal there: salmon and in no way did it disappoint.

The service as always was very friendly.

Great winter outdoor dining

Arte is doing a great job of their outdoor dining. Their back outdoor space has been turned into a beautiful heated patio and the front sidewalk dining is well-spaced and comfortably warmed. Waiters are efficient and super-safe. Food is reliably good, as always.

Reviews in the time of COVID have a whole new meaning. So much outdoor space, they are able to fully space the tables safely apart while still adding the extra safety of plexiglass in between the tables. Fully covered with one completely open side for full ventilation, and good heat lamps. They also have a large back patio that I could see was also set up really well. The food was so delicious (the house lasagna even stayed warm through our entire meal). Great wine list. Very nice servers, just seemed to have only one server for the entire outside, so things took a while. Will be back!

The Best! I frequent the restaurant because they have done a great job in creating a safe, clean and comfortable environment. All of the staff are excellent, especially Marco, the manager and Mia, a waitress. All of the food is fresh and carefully prepared. They are open to changes to accommodate taste and diet. Thanks!!!

Outdoor area in Back of restaurant very comfortable .. fun amidst residential building with holiday lights and balcony’s .. restaurant might consider adding more decor and removing some of plants past their prime . Overhead Heaters kept us comfortable . Waitstaff very nice . Enjoyable meal. Good drinks. Tasty desserts.

I've been to Arte a number of times. Of course, we had to sit outside, but there are heaters overhead and we were comparatively warm. The food is always excellent and the service is excellent as well. I definitely recommend Arte, which is located right off Columbus Avenue on 73rd Street.

This was for outdoor dining. They've set up a nice outside space and the service is good. One complaint is that ours was a Sunday brunch reservation but they only had their normal dinner menu. I get that its hard at this time to have a full menu, but there should be some kind of warning about it. Several of my brunchmates were disappointed they couldn't have something breakfast-ish.

Arte Cafe is a wonderful place to eat and enjoy with friends (once the shutdown is over)!

The service was horrible on Saturday night. Neither the management staff nor the waiters seemed appreciative of our business. Also, an Italian restaurant with no bread - utterly ridiculous even with COVID. And only told no bread the fourth time we asked. The restaurant was freezing with the front door wide open. Not sure why outside diners could not have been seated in the mostly empty back outside patio, allowing the front door to be closed. The salads were fine but the entrees mediocre. No need to ever go back.

They’ve done an amazing job setting up outdoor dining with heat lamps, while still serving delicious Italian cuisine they our whole family enjoyed.

Great Italian food. Very much like the kind you would get in Italy. Great thin-crust pizzas. Good for kids. Lots of outdoor seating.

Foo was not great. My fish was a bit oily but the risotto was very good. Broccoli rabe was ok. Service not very attentive but nice set up for outdoor dining

We sat in the back garden which had overhead heaters installed. At 45 degrees and winter coats it was comfortable. May need some foot level heaters for actual winter

Staff and food were accommodating with unexpected extra guests. Food was delicious and hot on a chilly day.

Their brunch menu is on open table but they aren’t doing that now!

The ambience and service was good, but I thought the Cacio & Pepe pasta I ordered was terrible. I've eaten here before and thought the food was decent, so maybe this was a fluke? But since my entrée was so unappetizing I gave a poor review.

Unfortunately, when we got to the restaurant they did not have a brunch menu which Open tables says they have on Sundays. The service was extremely slow and the food was mediocre. I have been wanting to try this place for some time and I was extremely disappointed. I will never go back.

We made reservations for brunch based on what they have listed here in OpenTable in the menu section. Sadly, on arrival they said they don’t offer the brunch menu and only had the dinner menu to choose from. Not great for a Sunday brunch.

They should really take the time to update things here to avoid wasting people’s time.

Solid choice for very good Italian on the UWS. Terrific and extensive outdoor seating. Efficient service. Good drinks and very good food, particularly the pasta.
