The service really ruined the entire experience for us. The food was exceptional but the service once again was a problem, my mum warned me about the service but I thought it might of been a one off occasion, we were rushed the entire time , he brought us the bill unprompted and immediately again brought over the card machine , mind you were less than an hour in into our 2hour food arrive time. We ordered 3 orders of the Sunday menu options. The restaurant was empty and we were not even there for the full 2 hours , so why the rush? Also I felt it was a cheap attempt at making us order a bottle of water rather than tap by interrupting our conversation and sneakily asking still or sparkling, also when we were almost finished up with our first two course the waiter interrupted us mid conversation and whilst we were still eating , clearing an empty plate and passively aggressively asking “more food?” Such an awkward experience. My mum went there a few months back and she mentioned the waitress was so rude to her being passive aggressive towards here and talking down at her for not knowing certain food and simply asking her here what it mean. Considering we spend £5+ on a water we didn’t want, payed almost £10 as the service fee that I don’t think was warranted , plus the meal and our cocktail , the total was £85+ why were we being treated in such a manner ? Never again , I think the owner should fire the wait staff because I enjoyed the food but the service was so poor, never in my life have I experienced such treatment in a Michelin restaurant. The food was fantastic but I won’t be coming back , which is a shame.

An absolute little gem in Bournemouth - a gorgeous little restaurant with a cool vibe and music. The chef is very talented - the miso soup was the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommend!!

Quite simply one of the best meals I’ve ever had, not just the best sushi. This is my second time here and will certainly be coming back again soon. The service is excellent, the atmosphere is relaxing and not too formal, and having the bar seats like we did was amazing to sit and watch Kamil work his magic. The menu has a great variety of options and there wasn’t a single item we tried that wasn’t delicious. The ingredients, preparation, presentation and flavours were second to none. My thanks to Kamil and his staff for make our anniversary evening very special.

All 4 of our party said it was probably the best meal out they had eaten in a long time. Food was so fresh and tasty and delivered within a very good timescale. It was also fascinating to watch the food being prepared - amazing and so talented. All the staff were very friendly and the interaction with the chef was really lovely too. We will definitely be back.

The food is just amazing. We had a seat at the bar so could watch it all being prepared in front of us. Just beautiful ingredients expertly prepared.
