Thoroughly enjoyed and highly recommend a visit to this outstanding sushi restaurant. Our first visit and definitely won’t be our last. Appreciate all of the expertise and effort given into such tasty and beautiful food. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful fresh food and superbly presented. We weren’t sure what to have from the menu so the staff kindly picked everything out for us. Service was impeccable and I would recommend Art Sushi. We sat at the sushi bar for our meal. Will definitely go back. Whilst it is not cheap, it was excellent value for what was the best sushi I have had.

Amazing restaurant! Fabulous food and loads of vegan options. Only downside was that the miso soup wasn’t vegan. Excellent service.

The food was absolutely delicious and so varied. The best sushi we’ve ever eaten. The staff (apart from one) were very welcoming and friendly. We’ll definitely return. As the last dish was presented we were told that they needed our table in 10minutes - perhaps they need to ensure that the last dish comes out earlier so as not to rush customers.

What a delightful little place. Food and atmosphere were both amazing. We had the bar table seats and we were able to watch the chef make sushi the whole time. We will definitely be coming back

If you haven’t visited the is place and are a sushi fan then you need to get here immediately. Having eaten sushi all over the world I can confirm this is one of the best I have ever had. The owner and head chef has named the restaurant perfectly as he really is an artist. Some of the dishes we tried were completely unique but keeping with the best practices of sushi making and using local ingredients to the area of Poole. If time and budget permitted I would be here every week. Highly recommended.
