Arrowhead Grill Ratings and Reviews
Valentines Day dinner which they had scripted menu with 5 course meal. We asked to not use it due to already having an appetizer at the bar and we don’t eat dessert’s. The server was hesitant, but did bring a menu. She served us well and food was good. Probably won’t go back on V-day due to forced menu, but understand why they do it that way. Would have been nice to know that before hand.
Booked Valentines Day and did not know it was a required set menu for $80 a person. We've had many dinners and birthday events there with friends and family. We got an appetizer for ONE that was 2 shrimp. UNBELIEVABLE! 2 shrimp for a 3 course dinner....and we had to share it....false advertising when you advertise a 3-course dinner for $80 per person. So, when I booked the reservation, I didn't know that there was a set menu even though I was getting emails to book them. I thought I could get their regular menu....as my husband and i order the largest steak item and add-on the crab Bearnaise sauce. We left the restaurant with drinks for a large bill and felt cheated. We were also put into their extra room for meetings and the lights were so bright we had to ask them to turn them down. OK....there was one light at the end of the night that made us feel special...the waiter gave us their full order of butter cake and ice cream....yep, we melted and ate it all...It's a great place afterall...just don't do a holiday and expect the same thing...
Delminico steaks were terrific, but unfortunately my wife's Salmon was (1) not delivered with other entrees (a steak was bright, which she did not order) and (2) was undercooked--presumably to hurry up and try to correct their mistake .For $80 fixed price meal with 20% service charges added we would have expected a bit more accommodations than a visit with apologies by the manager.
Also with a 4:30'reservation it seemed like plates were being removed a bit too quickly, presumably to turn the table
I really like the restaurant, the only thing I would change is,I would love it to be closer to my house😊it's not that far,but it's always busy seems like it could be bigger ,so I live around happy valley and 99th ave,we could use a 5 star restaurant closer to me.like that one. I would go more often.
We had dinner at Arrowhead Grill to celebrate two birthdays. The food was very well prepared and really quite excellent. The service was good, not exceptional, but good. The complimentary desserts were extraordinary. It was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely go back again.
We were looking for an upscale restaurant for our ore-Valentine dinner. Major disappointment. We had to send our New York steak back, because it was tough and dry. Manager suggested we try Delmonico. It can out so salty and raw, we couldn't eat. Won't be back.
Arrowhead Grill is an exceptional restaurant from the waiters to the waite staff to the food. The steaks are prepared exactly to your request and the side dishes are always amazing(most are large enough to share with 2 or 3). I requested a specific Templeton Rye old fashion and Casey, the bartender made it to perfection.
This wasn’t our first visit, but we’re already planning the next visit.
The food was delicious. Since it was my first visit, to be honest, I was quite taken aback at the prices. I understand the concept of family style and am not opposed but I do not understand the reasoning behind everything on the menu being ala carte.
The atmosphere was cozy in our booth. However, on a Wednesday evening the place was packed and SOOOOO NOISEY. It reminded me more of a neighborhood bar because it was so loud. With that being said, I do believe the noise level could just mean that guests were very happy and enjoying the dining experience.
I do believe I will come back again and my dinner companion agrees. My return visits will be for special events and memorable occasions only.
The food was excellent as always! Priced fairly for the quality and gracious service. The first and only complaint we have ever had here was the service was really slow. Usually they are on point but it seemed as if the server had too many tables. They were very busy and one slightly off night does not hinder our thoughts on this great place !
