   Service was great. Very friendly. We went in the winter so we sat inside. Decor was a little disjointed. I’ll defiantly try it in the summer, as the deck looks beautiful. Food is great for a quick bite out. Not really special occasion food.

   The food and service was great. The ambience was a bit lacking and the seating was uncomfortable.

   Really wanted to love this place since it’s close to home. Service was slow; took a long time to get drinks. The server couldn’t pronounce common items on the menu (pappadrelle). This is not her fault; that lies with management. It made us question what else is management failing to oversee? Menu was perfectly fine for what it is, as were our burgers. The potato chips on the table are a nice touch and we enjoyed them. The decor (walls, floor, tables, seating, etc.) is distractingly bad. Not “divey” and fun, just cheap, ugly, poorly designed, and uncomfortable. We won’t return, but if you have a dozen children to feed after a team sporting event, this place is perfect.

   Cheeseburger chips were good. Pizza took a long time to come. Staff claimed the kitchen was backed up but it was not that busy. Bench seats in the dining room too stiff no padding. Bar has been redone since the previous restaurant was there but dining area needs much improvement.

   We had our choice of outside tables and the staff was extremely accommodating when we had five unexpected vistors half way through our meal. They were quick to pull together another table so we could all sit together! The food was delicious, but one pizza came out significantly later than the rest of our meals...by the time my friends pizza had come to the table, he was mostly full from snacking off of other people's plates! Overall the experience was good!

   We arrived and the restaraunt only had a few full tables inside. We waited almost 15min before asking a waitress if she could get our waitress. She replied with I might be your waitress, I can be your waitress. Very strange. Takes out drink order. I then realize my party and I have two different menus after deciding what we wanted. We asked someone else because we did not see our waitress for some period of time again and girl apologized but switched out menu that had significantly less stuff on that menu. We finally ordered and my mother simply asked if the fish and chips was haddock and the waitress did not u sweat and the question because she thought all fish and chips was the same. Finally asked chef and then came back and said yes it was haddock. Food itself was fine. We were so disappointed in the menu change that we got an app and then for main dishes a salad, sandwhich and quesadilla so because it was just smaller meals hard to review. I will say outside view was nice and deck looked awesome in nicer weather and upon leaving a live band started which was awesome

   I had to call the hostess desk to get a member of waitstaff. There was one waitress for 15 people at another table. The young man that took care of us was good

   What a great hidden gem! I never would've found it if it weren't for OpenTable. We sat outside and had an awesome view of the lake, my husband is always looking for outdoor seating, most places near us on the Overlook Road. The prices were great! Service was spectacular.

   We decided to take advantage of their free pizza (WATD coupon) and give hem a try for a late lunch. The pizza was good and we were pleased with our server! We weren't impressed with the fish 'n chip lunch special. Battered fish that was rather greasy and not a fish that we would order again. Also, the coleslaw was very bland. However, we will probably go back to give the app "cheeseburger chips " a try (? - i can't find the menu readily available online to confirm if that what it's called but it did look good and turned heads!). Bottom line: I will probably visit Arrow again, but there are many places that might be ahead of them. I will keep them in mind for take-out pizza.

    While my meal was great, my friend fries and fish came unseasoned. When asked the waitress for some salt. The salt finally arrived at the end of the meal. The waitress literally put down the salt and then cleared the dishes at the same time. What is the point?
