We were shown to a lovely booth for the two of us!! Dinner was fantastic - exceptional flavor and presentation! We were visited by one of the owners to make sure everything was satisfying and it was!! We especially enjoyed the spinach ravioli and sausage and peppers! We will definitely be back!
The food is ALWAYS delicious and the staff is wonderful. We enjoy ourselves at this great restaurant
This is a 'Must Go' to restaurant! Arrivederci Italian Cuisine delivers and will not disappoint.
The food is outstanding. Its homemade freshness is a key reason this restaurant is worth the trip!
Beyond the food, the manager/owner and her wait staff are awesome and are themselves a reason enough to make this a regular stop.
I STRONGLY recommend Arrivederci Italian Cuisine!!!
We always have a great meal at this restaurant. It is family owned and operated, which we always like to promote. The service is great, the employees are always very pleasant, their Bolognese sauce is unbelievably good, and their chicken Parmesan is the best I’ve had, and I come from Chicago!
Always a great place to have dinner and never a disappointment.
Service was great. Food lacked flavor.
Very pleasant first time experience. All was good! Didn’t understand the reasoning that happy hour prices were not honored if you had a reservation.....but enjoyable experience overall!
Fabulous Dinner and Service
Our second visit and again it was exceptional. The ambiance is excellent, the food is very, very good, as is the service. It is a local gem. We drive over 30 miles to enjoy it. My only criticism is that is that it is not closer to our home in the west valley.
Food was delicious as always. The escargots were quite good and would have been better if covered with more of the butter and garlic that some fresh pieces of bread could be dipped in for a nice accompaniment. The Ossobucco was very tender and delicious. The cannolis were divine.
We love having Raphael as our server. Food is terrific. Glad to see the chef & staff from Pane Vino are back.
Great food and environment. Went on Valentines Day so service was a little slow but did not want to hold that against them in the review. They handled the volume very well and based on how they managed, I would only assume top notch service any other night. Complementary Champagne was an added bonus! Food truly was authentic and extremely tasteful.
Calamari was undercooked and food was not hot.
The food is always good --- haven't had a bad meal yet.
Raphael, is an amazing server. The Vitello Milanese was spectacular as was the Vitello Marsala.
Arrivederci was a pleasant surprise to us this past fall, when we were actually headed to another place in the same courtyard. We had no reservations and the other restaurant couldn't accommodate us, so we wandered further and happily found Arrivederci! Gigi greeted us as if we were family; Rafael, our waitperson, was outstanding in his knowledge and recommendations; and the rest of the staff could not be more cheerful and welcoming. The pesto dipping sauce for the rolls is delicious. (Butter upon request.) Their menu is varied and everything we have tried has been outstanding. We have been back several times, and have recommended Arrivederci to others, all of whom have given it the highest praise.
The food and service were exceptional. Also the entrees were not overpriced.
The food was very good. The service was ridiculously slow. We waited over an hour for our entrées to come. The bad part about it was they didn’t even know that we never got our meal. The server came back to clean up our silverware and we hadn’t even received our meal. 15-20 minutes is fine, 30 minutes is slow. 45 minutes is ridiculous and over an hour is absolutely insane. Try that one time. They gave us a free dessert. They should’ve comped our meal or at least a sincere apology from the manager. I finally asked the hostess if they lost our order and she returned five minutes later to simply say no they have not. No apology just a curt “no they have not”. Like it was normal that you would wait an hour for your meal. We wont return.
We went and the place was 100 percent full! In spite of how crowded it was, our server Raphael gave us great service! The food was very good and came out in a timely manner too! We enjoyed the drinks and food!
Consistently good -- This is not our first time there and we keep coming back
A great restaurant with wonderful food. Service is always good, but this time we had a server named Gigi and she was magnificent! Very responsive to our requests, checked on us often and was extremely personable without being in our face every minute. We will definitely return.
Our first visit - great food and enjoyable all around - we will be back
As a vegan (going to dinner with my husband and friends who are not vegan)I don’t expect that the menu would be overwhelming vegan friendly, however when a soup is listed as vegetable minestrone, the broth should not be chicken based. When I ask for pasta primavera and request less pasta and more veggies, I also don’t expect a full bowl of pasta floating in oil with some veggies around the bowl rim.
I was disappointed with the quality as well as the loud environment due to the tables being jammed together to fit more tables. Overall a disappointing dining experience.
We were seated in the back corner even though the restaurant had few patrons when we arrived. Wait staff not very attentive. We had to ask for bread 3 times before it arrived and then had to ask for butter 3 times. Water glasses were never refilled. Had to ask twice for that.
My penne with a vodka tomato cream sauce was great as well as the Cannoli we enjoyed after dinner. Service was a little slow, but it was a busy night.
Absolutely wonderful! The food and service were amazing. Gigi makes everyone feel at home! And the chef came out and talked to us,making the meal very special!
Celebrated my birthday in this wonderful restaurant. Tasteful decor, not noisy, superb service, thank you Gi Gi. We were visiting from out of town, made the birthday memorable.
Excellent food & service. Noisy, but I guess that just shows how popular this restaurant is! We were inside and when we return, may try the patio for a quieter experience.
Terrific food, presentation and service; outstanding!
Always have a great meal, the service is spot on and the prices are very affordable.
Service was prompt and professional. Unfortunately the food was very average.
Seated quickly; great hostess, good waiter, great food
The food here was incredible. The service was impecable
New Years Eve
Unfortunately we were not able to eat at restaurant on New Year eve. The restaurant over booked due to one party continually adding on to their party. This caused many guests with reservations to leave and eat at a restaurant in the same plaza. Very disappointed.
We arrived at 6:45 for a 7 :00 reservation on New Years Eve. We were told we could have a table immediately on the patio & there were lots of heaters out there. We said we would wait for our table in the main dining room. She told us they were clearing a table & it would be reddy soon. The waiting area was over flowing with people waiting to be seated. At 7:15 I asked about the table they were clearing for us. I was told they had a party of 24 people to seat before us and they needed 6 tables of 4 to leave. Reservations for 7:00 were walking out because of the wait for the party of 24. At 7:45 they pushed a table for 4 into the isle and said we could have that. I said 6 people cannot eat at a table for 4. They then brought out another table from a store room to put next to the table for 4.
When they grout the menu we realized that it wasn’t the regular menu. Limited choices with high prices. We ordered drinks and food. The food came before the drinks and several members of our party sent them back. Some of the food was cold and had to be sent back.
I realize New Years Eve is a very busy night but this was the worst experience I’ve ever been on that night. If a restaurant is going to accept a reservation fo a party of 24 they need to have a private dinning room and be properly staffed to handle the business.
We have been a patron of their restaurants for over 17 years but I doubt that we’ll go back very soon if at all.
They overbooked and could not provide a table and the hostess was not available to receive any updates after 45 minutes of waiting in line.
While food continues to be great and an overall good value, service is suffering. For the holiday season, Arreviderci was understaffed and the
Excellent food and service
We loved our dinner at Arrivederci! Food and service were great and we will definitely return! Thank you!
