   Arrabiatas continues to please with delicious traditional Italian flavors. I love their red sauces on any of their perfectly cooked pastas as a side to any of the flavorful veal dishes. A neighborhood favorite.

   We used to go quite often until the owner/manager got to be too overbearing. We heard it was under new ownership and decided to try it again. We were pleasantly surprised staff and management were great will definitely be back.

    This is a great place for good food and conversation! The service is really good and the food doesn’t disappoint! We’ve been here several times since the new owners took over and it has gotten better and better! We will be back soon.

    Thought the food was poor. Pizza had very little sauce. No taste. Even the dinners were not tasty. Very disappointed. Last time we went the food was much better

    It seems that the menu has changed, with a lot less choices, wanted pork chop was told that they were small and not very good, so I didn’t order, I was changing my order to one of my favorite dishes which is the pounded veal chop, and was told they don’t have it, even though it’s on the menu. My wife had the eggplant rollatini and was dry and overcooked.

    Waiter was terrible. New Owner was told and did nothing fir us. Waited 20 mIns for water. 50 minutes for appetizer. No apology. Just attitude. Food was good. Two small rolls in bread basket was chintzy.

    It was Valentines Day. Went with family. Haley our waitress was excellent. Disappointed that we picked out a bottle of wine & they did not have it, then chose another & they did not have that one either. The wine we had was good though. Food is excellent! It was very noisy that night because of crowd, when usually it is not.

    Made a reservation on Valentine’s Day for 645. Apparently they never shut down their reservations, so we didn’t get sat til about 740. Other people were in the saje situation too. The poor hostess took it like a champ though

    Never got a table or dinner. They didn’t honor the reservation. Clearly took far too many reservations without sufficient staff. Waited an hour for nothing.

    Squished at a table which was too big for the available space. We kept getting shoved by waitresses and other guests. One waitress poured sauce all over my husbands shoulder. No one offered compensation but we did get one free cannoli for 4 people. My husband’s dinner was served without the side which came 10 min. later. We had to keep asking for silverware. The whole night was noisy and chaotic. Food was ok but we won’t go back. I’m trying to clean the shirt.

    The fish came out half raw. When we got our coffee and dessert they did not bring us spoons or forks. The waitress very infrequently we could find. Very disappointing

    The food and service was excellent as it always is. However, two things that I just want to mention. The wine was not even filled half way in the glass. No ones fault, as we were told they measure for each glass. Compared to the food portion, we just thought there would have been more wine. Also, my friends fork was dirty. Of course she did get another one. I guess that slipped by someone.

    The steak sandwich on garlic bread was outstanding as whatever Balsamic they use. Steak was cooked to perfection. Bread at the table was dried out. The do add a service charge if you do not pay cash and use a credit card, missed this when I made the reservation and posted on the hostess counter.

    Absolutely will not go back. While the resturant was only about a third filled, our waitress was never to be found. Missing order items, no refills made on beverages, no how is everything, and no customer service what so ever. In my earlier days I worked in this industry and understand it is hard, I have never been treated so poorly. On top they include a surcharge for credit cards, what do you expect with a table of nine, I was not forwarded. Also the elderly bartender and silent partner were hitting on underage staff, appalling! NEVER AGAIN

    Have had dinner there in the past and the food was always good . Thankfully that had not changed. The service however has changed and not in a good way. Our meals were delivered separately and far apart leaving one person sitting with a dinner plate while the other in the party waited for their dinner. Service was so slow that I had to go and request my check. Our waiter was missing in action most of the time. In addition I overheard other patrons expressing their frustration about it also.

    I booked in OpenTable, when we checked in they said they didn’t have it. I offered to show her my confirmation, but she didn’t want to see it and I’d have to wait out turn. Once we got seated , we waited approximately 20-30 minutes before anyone spoke to us. Asked for bread and water because we were all hungry. Once we got our salads, we had to ask for silverware. The food was just adequate. Not in any hurry to return.

    We love this restaurant! And my 4 star rating really isn’t their fault. I’d would have given them 5’s except for the very loud guests at the bar. We happened to be seated across from them.     New owners. Has gone tremendously downhill. No waitstaff for a packed restaurant. Reservations not honored, no bartender… pizza manager had to make drinks. Food came out as it was ready and not properly for everyone to eat at the same time. They couldn’t even keep up with the dishwashing, they didn’t have enough utensils. Sorry for the poor review, it is a shame because this restaurant was a hidden gem i used to recommend all the time.
