    I don’t appreciate when restaurants add the tip amount on the post tax amount. It should be pretax. The service was not great. I had to keep trying to get the waiter’s attention who was just standing by the bar. They also charge you 3% on top of your bill if you use your credit card. The food is always good at aroqa but very over priced with all these additional fees.

    Disappointed since there was a Spanish wine and chicken kofta that were not available and the chicken is a staple Indian entree. The waitress was not very helpful with choices and not ver accommodating when we wanted to mix chicken and vegetables in an entree. Otherwise it was a simple, modern atmosphere.

    This was our first time dining here and it was amazing. The food and service was great. The food was delicious and playfully presented which made it a fun dining experience. The cocktails were also really yummy.

    Our host and server were both top-notch and accommodating. Our table was all the way in the back, and a bit dark and closed in. We requested a move and were quickly allowed to shift over to the next table. Food was delicious, and fresh.

    This was a recommendation from a friend and was a great one. The food and service were awesome! Loved the lamb curry and naan. Our server was fabulous and was helpful about ordering the correct amount of food.

    Excellent, well-seasoned Indian food. The great food is tempered somewhat by the pedestrian beer list and the spare setting of the outdoor seating. But the food is very, very good.

    Wonderful evening, food was delicious, different, and priced below $200 for a meal with two drinks which is getting rarer. Date thoroughly enjoyed despite being outside her comfort zone.

    We was in the restaurant for birthday diner and we was truly impressed. Both food and drinks selection was fabulous but the environment of the restaurant was something who will make us coming back specially from Europe just to that place.     The food was generally quite good, but the Coconut Kheer dessert was extraordinarily succulent. The decor and service were OK. The prices, especially for drinks were high, and… …they had the nerve of adding 3% to your total bill (including tax and tip) for using a credit card to pay! For that reason alone I would not go back, nor recommend aRoqa to a friend.

    The space is lovely and slightly elevated. The chicken tikka masala is perfectly flavorful and warm and filling. All of the starters are great, especially the corn fritters.

    Waitress didn’t know the menu, couldn’t answer basic questions, and wore AirPods the entire time. HOWEVER the food and drinks and presentation etc were amazing as always.

    We were the last seating at the lunch time. But food was fantastic still. Can’t speak towards drinks or atmosphere as we were really the only ones there. Drinks were only available for dinner menu but the staff was willing to be accommodating.

    The table next to us was extremely loud and volatile and it detracted from our experience. But what made it unlikely we will return was that it took 50 minutes from when we ordered to when our appetizers arrived. It then took another 15 minutes thereafter for our entrees to arrive. Very unexpected and no reason for that kind of dead time at a restaurant.

    I will never go to this restaurant, because they charge 3 % extra if you pay your bill using credit card. They never disclosed before. When I saw my bill later found this extra 3 percent charge. Very disappointed with this kind of behavior in high end Restaurants. Food and services are Ok.

    The Food and cocktails were exceptional with an attentive wait staff. All employees were friendly and made us feel welcome from the minute we stepped in. My only small critique would be the small portion sizes but when the food is as delicious it makes up for it.

    Great food, speedy and excellent service (neither too many intrusive inquiries nor too few check on what we wanted/needed.). If the prices were a bit lower it would’ve been perfect, but I guess that’s today’s world — making up for lost covid profits and paying more for help because it’s hard to find folks. The menu is innovative and excellent.

    We loved every dish we ordered - lasooni gobi, palak paneer, okra, dal makhani, paneer tikka masala, garlic naan, and plain roti. Very yummy, but portions are on the smaller size, especially at this price point.
