Thinly Sliced Raw Beef Tenderloin with Arugula, Shaved Parmigiano, Capers and Lemon Dressing
Wild Mushroom Ravioli with Short Ribs and Its Own Demi Glaze
All four of us thoroughly enjoyed our selections. I did not find the dining room to offer much ambiance, but the chairs were comfortable and I have a bad back. We would definitely return and recommend Aromi to others.
Great selection of tapas for lunch. Will try the lunch specials next time.
First time diner.
I ordered the 18. Dollar 3 course lunch special.
Comes with options, mine was:
Caesar Salad, well prepared with a hint of anchovy and house made croutons.
Chicken Parmesan was tender and flavorful served with spaghetti .
Panna cota for dessert was excellent. Topped with fresh strawberries.
Lunch was great!
Food was wonderful. Service was great. the ambience could be improved. But that is not as important as the food and service which were great.
Great customer service, excellent food and wine, would be back for sure.
Fantastic meal! Calls to mind the quality and deftness of execution we used to experience at the old Spago at the Forum Shops. Such a great discovery- we are eager to return and have been making a list of people we want to bring.
Dinner with friends. Delicious Italian! Very reasonable prices for the quality of the dishes. The meal and service (thanks Edith) were what I would expect from a high-end restaurant on The Strip. We’ll definitely be back.
Had a reservation but had to wait half hour to be seated. The place is suppose to be a wine bar but did not have a bar tender so we couldn't get any service.
The staff seemed confused and waiter did not understand menu items so as to explain selections.
The food is average and overpriced.
Will not be going back or recommending to dine here.
Surprisingly, a very good dining experience in the time of Covid with meal and service hitting all the necessary high points. Value and sound could be better, but overall I'd recommend this Italian gem for those in the northwest valley anytime. Easy in/out of the parking lot and quick dinners if you book for an early time slot. We did, so when we left the Saturday night waiting line was out the door for reserved tables. Hope it remains viable with enough staff; the kitchen seems on top of it all.
Excellent food for a fair price. Nice small venue to keep it intimate.
Not worth the trip. Came from Southern Highlands and not impressed. There’s a lot of restaurants here and not sure this one will make it. You really have to get a proper bar…..
The restaurant was recommended by a friend who had just recently dined there. She also recommended the veal chop which was outstanding. Our server was David, and he was very personable and attentive.
The ambiance was cute, and we would definitely go back.
Everything and everyone was outstanding from start to finish
Great addition to the neighborhood! Bolognese is so well made-obviously with great skill and care. Eggplant parmigiana was delicious as well. Fritto Misto is not the usual same old- includes asparagus and shishito along with the calamari and shrimp. It’s a must try place
New Favorite Italian restaurant
Unbelievable homemade dishes
WE posted on Facebook - excellent food and service
Excellent food and service! You won't be disappointed!!
The music doesn’t match the environment and it’s was quite distracting. There was one server and he was nice but overwhelmed
Foods were good, and good portion. Our waiter and service staffs were wonderful and tentative. Definitely will dine here and recommending others.
Great service and Chef German is Amazing with his chef menus. Created Dishes that took us in a favorable tasting dishes. A fan and will keep going back.
Special occasion don’t understand mentioned to person who sitting us is my daughter’s birthday not things happen maybe they don’t do special occasions
Outstanding food and service! Best new Italian restaurant!
got very noisy. a
I was excited to learn that the kitchen team were Valentino Restaurant Veterans; one of our favorite Strip restaurants for many years. The food did reflect that history but the Front of House décor and service was sorely lacking, if not ignored.
The Carpaccio, Caprese and Burrata Appetizers; all 5-Star in both presentation and taste. Our vegetarian guest was well taken care of by the Wild Mushroom Ravioli. The same rating for 3 of 4 Entrees. The Agnelo was the toughest cut of Lamb I have ever encountered. It was the Coup de Gras on a mediocre ambiance. Parking is easy and close.
Where is the Liquor License? The Bar back and the bar itself are "undressed". Despite no bottle display, might I suggest Art or a flower arrangement. Throw out the oversized "Bar Seating for persons over 21" printed sign attached to the backbar. Lighting is industrial. Exterior signage is ineffectual. Seating is cantina/café style. Lines of tables. A hostess scurried back and forth, greeting, seating, setting tables, answering phones and searching for wine glasses. She did a great job under the circumstances. Flatware not replaced until after Entrees delivered. An $82.00 bottle of wine presented but no re-pours offered. Too long a wait for desert menu. Friendly wait staff but untrained for service at the price point attempted. Where is the Interior Designer? Where is the Front of House Manager? Where is the personality?
I sincerely hope that Aromi succeeds. It was certainly crowded. We need more restaurants like Aromi in Summerlin. They opened during the most challenging environment with Covid and it's inherent restrictions. Aromi has taken off with only 1 of 2 engines operating.
The evening started off bad since our server was not attentive. He asked if it was our first visit, which it was. He didn’t offer the wine list and suggest appetizers. Rather he asked for our orders and we, stupidly, went along. We did order wine and enjoyed it along with the delicious bread. I ordered the squid ink pasta on the server’s recommendation and was disappointed. The lobster tail was very dry and too much pasta in proportion to the scallops and sauce. My husband had the mushroom ravioli and was also disappointed. When it came time to leave the server never asked about dessert or another glass of wine. And then we had to wait quite a long time to get our check. I’d say the overall experience was was just okay and could have been so much more enjoyable if we had had a server that paid us just a bit more attention.
Our server, David, was very personable and informed about the restaurant and the menu.
We were disappointed they do not yet have a liquor license but they did have a nice wine list.
The restaurant is very small with tables very close together.
We plan to return for the three course $18. lunch.
Tapas very good. Portions quite small for price. Wines are too pricey. Branzino good but should add pasta as side dish. Menu not varied enough.
Outstanding food with very fresh, clean flavors. One of our party has ordered chicken parmigiana at 5 other places we have dined and rated this one the best.
Delicious food. Great service. Will return to try other items on the menu.
The food was outstanding! I had the cioppiano and my husband had the chicken parm. Portions were large, and filling, service was great, and we can't wait to go back!
Food was great again. Prices are reasonable and service (Ivan) was attentive
Nice neighborhood Italian Wine Bar! Waite staff was great and the food & wine was really tasty! Check them out!
I found Aromi during research for a good restaurant in Las Vegas. We love it. Every dish we ordered tasted great with nice presentation. The price is much lower than restaurants on the strip. Highly recommended!
Service was awesome food was fantastic and fair priced
Great experience. Tables are a bit small and we were constantly trying to create enough room for our order. Everything else was perfect.
Lovely food and awesome service! The risotto is phenomenal and the veal chop was amazing, good selection of wines too! Definitely a must try in Summerlin.
Our first time, but definitely not our last. Just moved to the area and looking for a good neighborhood Italian restaurant and we found it at Aromi. Food was excellent. Pasta cooked perfectly. All dishes were well executed and the menu had a wide variety to choose from. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great dining experience.
Food consistently good. Wait staff attentive. Reservations necessary. Will definitely go back, even though it is noisy at times.
