They were extremely busy and service was slow with kitchen pretty backed up but they informed us of situation and we were fine with extra wait time. I didn’t like my pisco sour (way too sour compared to previous times). We had a table near front door and we were constantly in strong drafts because of long line outside the door. Won’t accept that table again. Food was excellent and our waiter and new manager very nice.

Highly recommend the Traditional Ceviche (mixed). Also ordered the Chaufa del Chef which was excellent. Cocktails were great. Leche cake for dessert didn't disappoint. Service was very attentive (went on a Wednesday night). Overall a very pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend.

Food was tasty but service was spotty. Our waiter pushed a drink special ( of course not mentioning that it was 20% more expensive than any other cocktail on the menu) and then seemed disappointed when only one of us ordered an appetizer. Guess he thought we wouldn’t spend enough. Two of us were served long before the other four and we had to ask to have our water refilled. Food was tasty. I’d give it another shot.

I took my parents out to dinner for her birthday. We picked this restaurant because of the variety it offered. I had a Piscojito Marqcuya (Pisco 1615 Mosto Verde with lime, fresh mint, and passionfruit juice) which was beautifully presented and tasted very good. My parents had a glass of Balduzzi Merlot. For our meals we had the Huancaina con Lomo (Lomo Saltado which is the perfect Peruvian/Cantonese fusion, wok stir-fry sauteed, onions, tomatoes, cilantro, wine and soy sauce served with Creamy Parmesan Cheese Risotto) and the Veggie Papardelle Salmon (Salmon with steamed vegetables and fried sweet plantain). Dessert consisted of Cuatro Leches (a soft, moist, and sweet cake that’s soaked in four different milk flavors - whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream) and Suspiro Limeno (a traditional Peruvian dessert combining the silkiness of a golden custard base crowned with a light and creamy liqueur meringue sprinkled with nutmeg). The Cuatro Leches was not too liquidly which we prefer. Our server Medalith was very attentive. She assumed we spoke Spanish so we did our best to communicate with her in Spanish. The restuarant appears to be very popular with families. It is located at the corner of an office complex and provides free parking up to 2 hours.

The ceviche citrico and the quinoa tuna tartare were delicious. As restaurant got busier the service deteriorated a little bit, had to wait for water a while as I was not able to get any employees attention. However, the quality of the food was excellent. Pisco Sour was ok. Prices are ok, but a bit on the high side. They offer parking on the building.

We made a reservation this day because it was my Birthday and I chose this restaurant among many others in the area because I thought it was going to have great service for this special occasion. First of all the dish I saw on the website was not available so the waitress (Alejandra) said I could ask for it and they would prepare it for me. I have to say, this was the most expensive Ceviche that my husband has ever paid!! On the other hand, there were 2 other tables with Birthday guests and the people at the restaurant brought the candle to them and sang the Happy Birthday song, which I was expecting to have as well. It was 8 pm when I had to ask Alejandra if they would bring me my candle and she replied: I owe it to you, maybe when you come back again. I did not expect this answer! uhhhgg Then when my husband was paying the check we asked again and she replied: The person at the front desk never mentioned it to her and therefore my request was not valid. What a shame!!! I will never go back to that restaurant again! If I want to go to a Peruvian restaurant I will choose another location or many others that I know in Pembroke Pines which are closer to my house. I felt very disappointed to be my first time at this place... good luck

It was our first time at Aromas Del Peru. We had the Ceviche (three ways) for appetizer, and it was delicious. The Seco de Cabrito was also delicious. Thanks to Medalith for taking great care of us.

Very nice setting and ambiance. Hi end service and very friendly staff. The food food portion were ample and proffesionaly prepared. Will surely return, although menu was not ample and could have had more seafood variety entrees. A bit pricey but the service and food is worth it.

We had tried this place once before and had a good impression.Going back , we found service was kind but spotty (a waitress even poured water in Tequila shot, just laughing it off...) the trio ceviche was $42 while all 3 fish were raw (not marinated long enough), goat meat entree was really rubbery, saltamo had 3 tomes more fries than chicken...only Pisco sour cocktails are delicious.All in sll, this joint doesn't warrant theses prices...they will not last if they don't reduce prices AND deliver higher quality, esp. in that location.

I always get the anticuchos here, and the pisco sours are great. You want a reservation, even off-season, and you want an indoor seat; most of the outdoor tables are extremely windy due to the surrounding buildings.

Outstanding meal and very attentive service. Our octopus and ceviche appetizers were super. Main course too. Inside was very loud so we opted for outdoor which was pleasant because it had rained earlier. The $10 charge for a bottle of San Pellegrino seemed excessive. All other prices were reasonable.

The food was excellent, but the service was very lacking. imho It was also expensive for what it was - $125 for an appetizer , entree, two drinks, and a bottle of water. This included an automatic 18% service charge - which the server DID point out was already included - unlike some other places I’ve been to when they’ve neglected to mention it. I’d probably go back, but not order the special drink.

This is a gem. The food was fantastic and the service was excellent. We all had three different meals and everyone was enthusiastic about their meal. The Chupe de Camarones was one of the best I have had. The options on Ceviche were also great to choose from, Traditional with hot pepper sauce on the side was the ticket. We sat outside so there was some noise coming from cars, but the breeze from the sea on that day made it perfect to be outside. The servers were very a attentive and prompt. This is a must try if you like Peruvian food.

We've been here many times and food has always been good. This time we brought our niece who really enjoys Peruvian food. It was a real disappointment. My husband and I ordered Lomo Saltado and a Seafood Chaufa to share. The Lomo was tough and overcooked. It didn't taste freshly cooked, it seemed like it had been reheated. The Chaufa was very greasy and it had very little seafood, it was mainly calamari and only 2 pieces of shrimp. We complained and they didn't do anything about it. My niece ordered the churrasco and it was too raw. I was little embarrassed with my niece since I made a big deal about how great the restaurant was. We'll try to give it another chance.
