Aromas Del Peru - Coral Gables

Food was excellent! We ordered too much but, alas, we had lunch for the next day! Service was very good although there was a little confusion with our order due to our lack of adequate Spanish language skills ;) ... Didn't matter in the end because our choices were all excellent. Only problem is that the noise level inside the restaurant is quite loud.

Very good service and food. A bit pricey but very worth it.

Run!!! This place is full of crooks! The manager Julio steals from customers by charging credit cards more than what you agreed! Compete crook!! I'm going to the authorities but first I have to inform the public! Stay away! He might copy your credit card information and order online products to a friend's house as well!! Run!!

Wonderful location. Great people and the food was fresh and excellently cooked.

One best Cebiche restaurants in Miami! Quatro Leches cake was delicious. Wine prices for bottles are very reasonable.

Surprised it was more like a family restaurant with little ambiance. However, food was good and good value for money.

Of the appetizers, the choclo con queso was great, however the Causa was not good...the potato texture was off and the flavor lacking. The ceviche was great, the lomo saltado was not hot off the plate, and our son liked the corvina gratinada.

Great food, big portions and great recommendations from the waiter. Also, one person in our party had very specific dietary restrictions and they made every accommodation.

Always amazing at this place, the best ceviche in Miami. i am a regular at this delicious restaurant. keep it up

We visited during the Covid pandemic and restaurants were shut down except for our door seating. We went for lunch and it was raining. We sat at one of two outdoor tables. The food was just excellent. Extremely flavorful and well seasoned. The setting was abut odd out on the street with loud cars and the rain, but that certainly wasn’t the restaurants fault. We appreciated that they accommodated our party during a difficult time and would live to return.

Loved the pisco sours and the food (ceviche, parihuela, lomo saltado)...the staff was terrific and we’d come back again!

Great value and wonderful and attentive service . Came here within the family for my wife’s birthday and they treated us like kings/queens. Food came out at the right pace .

I've been to all of the Aromas locations in Miami and this one in the Gables is by far the best. The food is to die for. The staff is excellent and the ambiance is second to none.

Second time I come to try it. This time service was better but the quality of the food its not great. There are much better Perubian places around.

Service was slow, server very distracted, beer not cold, fried plantain tasted like pulled from grocery bag, not cooked onsite. Ceviche was very good.

Great everything! I would just recommend to add some vegetarian plates to the menu.... but still a 5 out 5.

Our first visit and we loved it. It was apparent that excellent service and great food was a matter of pride for all associated with the restaurant as exhibited by the creativity exhibited in many dishes, the ripe freshness of ingredients, and the knowledge and attentiveness of the staff. Fantastic fusion and traditional flavors, plenty of variety, and excellent value. We will be making regular visits.

My friend and I had never had Peruvian food before so we decided to try it before our cruise.
The special ceviche platter for 2 was outstanding. I then had the chef's special of shrimp, fish, scallops, and lobster au gratin. It was delicious but a little pricey for the amount of seafood I received. The beef with vegetables and fries and rice was deleicious. I liked the traditional dessert with dulce de leche bt my friend thought it was too sweet.
Well worth a visit ! Will return the next time we are in the Coral Gables area.

The food was excellent and our waiter Julio exceeded expectations in his recommendations. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in the Coral Gables Area who wants to try something a little different. Also, the wine list is on point.

Aromas Del Peru is in one word -"excellent"! The service by Julio was perfect, just right. He explained the specials and the desserts very well. The presentation of the food was superior. And, the number one reason for going to any restaurant is of course the taste of each item, well, that was outstanding. A perfect dining experience! Two satisfied New Yorkers!

In our group of eight, to a person, we found the food delicious and the service friendly and good. We started with a delicious ceviche of shrimp and salmon--could not have been better. The portion was large and we shared among several of us. We then turned to main courses. A few ordered from the Cuban-Chinese portion of the menu and loved it. Some of us ordered risotto with either churrasco or sea bass. Again, a huge hit at the table. I had the bass, punctuated by a few medium shrimp. Wow, just fantastic. We were more than satiated. Other pluses: great cocktails (yummy, generous margaritas with passionfruit, pisco, etc.). Very welcoming service. Ambience, lively, large parties and small. Prices reflect the high quality of the food, but quite reasonable.
