Wait staff was very attentive and personable. Food selection and taste was fabulous. Very well done. Ambience is a bit dated, but the food and service over rode that. I would come here again.

Besides one of the entrees fish being undercooked, it was a great meal.

Outstanding customer service at Arno's. Starts with Carlos as the GM and cascades down to the waitstaff. Their recommendations were excellent as well. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed this place. The service was beyond excellent and the food was very good. Well priced too. My one complaint would be the meager appetizers but otherwise I look forward to going back again.

Didn’t know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised! The place is beautiful inside. Large menu and specials. Everything was delicious and great location.

Food was excellent but the service was atrocious! We were sat in the bar area and the restaurant was not yet busy so hot sure why we weren't sat in the dining room. The waiter came to tell us the specials and then we waited a while before he came to take a drink order. After getting our drinks we ordered salads and entrees. The table next to us had just arrived. Their appetizers and entrees arrived before our salads. I had to flag down a busperson to ask about our salads which were forgotten. The salads were delivered about 10 minutes later a total of 35 minutes form when they were ordered. Keep.in mind these were just tossed salads which were terribly overpriced to begin with. Our waiter never returned to check on us but passed several times and avoided our table. Our entrees arrived soon after and were delicious. The same busperson that brought our salads also got us a second drink and took our coffee order. We didn't see our waiter again until we asked to see him to order dessert. The food was excellent! Unfortunately the service was terrible. The waiter obviously forgot to put our order in and then avoided us rather than apologize and rectify the situation.

Food was good. Recommended by a waiter for Italian. It was all good till the end when they wanted the table back for the next customer. We were not lingering long and our bill with dessert was $325. They rushed us out and made a comment they needed the table. We did not like that at all. I don’t wanna be rushed especially spending. What we spent. Food food but service lacked.

Food and service was superb. Enjoyed the bread, wine, cocktails, appetizer, and entrees! Service was also very good (quick!). We will definitely be dining here again, and telling our friends & family to try it as well!

Service was great. I didn’t love the tortellini but the chicken with shrimp and asparagus was absolutely delicious.

Beautiful little restaurant, very "family" feeling. Food was amazing. good experiance.

Food was very good however I asked for pasta putenasca that was not on the menu with linguini snd they made it but did it with spaghetti. They offered to change it but I did not want to wait. Great waiter .

Incredible food, great location (away from restaurant row) and very attentive service. This was my first time here and for an important business dinner for 6 people. Double thumbs up from everyone on the food and wine selections. We will be back!

One of my favorite Italian restaurants in the City. Food is always great and the daily specials are always the best.

So comfortable- always enjoy- food never disappoints and servers are great!
