I was craving authentic Italian and Arno did not disappoint. Absolutely fantastic, authentic and complex. I would come back every time I am in NYC!

We went for an early dinner before a 7:30 show at MSG. Service was great, attentive, delicious food was served quickly. Very nice restaurant, Will recommend and return here.

Eating at Arno was a very regrettable decision. My party and I were promptly seated and then rather forgotten about despite the fact that there were only four other filled tables at the time. When a server did come to our table, and we asked him about the wine selection, rather than bringing us a wine menu, he simply told us which wines were available by the glass. We didn't see our server again for quite some time and had to ask a bus boy to bring us menus. The menu was rather basic for NYC, but we all found something to order. I had ordered the capelini pomodoro. I kid you not--when it arrived, it looked nothing like I would have expected. Rather, it simply looked like pasta with marinara sauce on top. Looking past that, however, I was shocked to see that the pasta was basically stuck to the plate. I was able to pull up the pasta from the plate with quite a bit of effort and it all came up at the same time. The only guess I have is that there wasn't any oil added to the pasta, so it all stuck together. In fact, I chose to eat the pasta by cutting it like a pie. A pie! Can you even imagine?! I tried to twirl the pasta on my fork with a spoon, but it all stuck together, like I said. I won't be returning to this restaurant and in fact had only made the reservation due to its proximity to the theater we were headed to afterwards. This really was a disappointing meal on all levels.

The veal was almost the best I've ever had. It should be very thin and able to be cut with a fork and it was. I wasn't thrilled with the dollop of potatoes, I think a nice potato wedge Vesuvio style would work much better. String beans spot on, loved the roasted garlic. Paste e Fagioli was also almost the best I've had. I prefer more cannalini beans over kidney, which were a bit too abundant but the broth was wonderful. I'm from Chicago and used to old school Italian, as I had it in my home as well. I would be a regular if I lived in NYC. Everyone in the entire restaurant is friendly and smiling. We loved it!

We had a wonderful experience. Staff was gracious, warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. The food was delicious and portions were generous. We look forward to returning soon.

Seafood is always fresh and cooked to perfection I have found that the pasta specials are fabulous if you like calamari this is the place for you .Staff are very professional but friendly

Delicious ravioli special. Great service. My friend couldn’t decide between the bolognese and the eggplant parm, so they accommodated with a half batch of each. Very nice.
