Wow, what an experience, from the managers, server, hosts, chef, food, ambiance, everything was incredible. Best steakhouse I have ever been to by far.

Luigi made our anniversary so special. We had the best time and owe it to his level of service which was truly exquisite. You are fortunate to have such a fantastic server who genuinely aims to please his guests.
This is a very nice place to celebrate a special occasion.
Shannon the gen mgr seated us and was very attentive. Our waiter Brian was all business - not social which is needed to make an exceptional dining experience. The salads were ordinary. Cajun steak was delicious. Shrimp Alexander were either overcooked or old - very dry. Baked potatoes good. Aspargus had balsamic on it which did not go with rest of meal. Creme brulee good. Chocolate cake huge and ok. Wines good - nice pour size.

I’ve been to Morton’s several times yet this was definitely not a good experience. We ordered the ocean tower for 4 and it was definitely light. When I asked the waiter about it he just laughed. In addition, 3 of the 3 steaks we ordered were significantly over cooked. A really disappointing meal. We wont be going back.

Treating myself to filet and lobster for my new job. They did not have the combo offered, which I found odd, so ended up ordering each a la carte. Both were very good and prepared flawlessly. Ended the celebratory meal with the double chocolate mousse which is always amazing.
Excellent waiter Brian and Hostess were warm and welcoming made us feel special, vale were professional and helpful. Dinner was excellent.
Not the quality of food or service they are known for. Went for my son’s 21st birthday (which only happens once) and we were very disappointed.
I love their fresh fish options like the Sea Bass.

Delicious food and impeccable service! Luigi was attentive, friendly and personable. Joshua, the host, took an extra moment to ensure that I was comfortable with the location of the table at which he seated me. An all-around great experience, even though it was during DineLA.
We did enjoy or dinner and the employees were very nice. The steak came out very Rare when we ordered Medium Well. There were no spices or flavor to the steak. But the cut of the steak was good .
Other than the steak, the Shrimp Capellini, desserts, and onion bread were great. Service was slow.
We went to Morton's and took advantage of the DineLA menu they were offering. Everything was great, and you can't beat the price that DineLA saves you! One little quibble: we both ordered the 12 oz. center cut filet, one medium-rare the other medium. They both came back rare (at best). If I know that my steak is underdone just by touching it with my fork and knife, the chef at a steakhouse should know that the steaks are underdone. It wasn't a big deal as they took them right back and got them to the right temperature. Just my little beef (pun intended).
Not like the Mortons I remember from a few years ago. It was classy, step above Ruths and Mastro,s.
Maybe it was this location, but far from classy old school steakhouse.
Waiter didn’t know drinks on the menu, asked to have a steak cut to show doneness when we said it was over cooked, another over cooked steak he disagreed and said it looked med rare when in the kitchen light.
Never suggested we put in the dessert order that take half hour until it was time for dessert so we didn’t get the soufflé or hot fudge sundae. It was my birthday so they brought me lemon soufflé that tasted like sweet egg flem.
Last time I go, on the banned list like Applebee’s.
The steaks were delicious, the Cajun Ribeye is the best steak I️ have ever had. Way better than Larsen’s and any other steak house. Chef and managers Mariela and Shanon went above and beyond to make sure my birthday was extra special. Brian is a very funny and professional server, keep up the good work.
Always a wonderful experience at Arnie Morton's. The staff is very attentive and very well trained. The food is wonderful (I am particularly fond of the Miso Marinated Sea Bass). The atmosphere is great .... booths are comfortable, tables aren't too crowded together. One of our favorite places to go!
We went to Mortons for Dine LA, and it was a wonderful deal! However, with the spectacular quality of food, I wouldn’t mind paying full price for dinner here!
The drinks were also excellent!

We were 2 couples celebrating both our anniversaries. Wait staff were very accommodating and treated us with respect. The restaurant was empty so probably that was why we received such attention. Although in the past when we were there it was always special!!

Service was very good, but both my wife and I found the steaks to be less than optimal.

We are always treated as very special. The service was outstanding from the server to the manager. For the first time both of us ordered a fish dish specials rather than a steak. Everything was cooked perfectly and was very tastey. My wife ordered a shrimp and antipasto salad and I had salmon. The atmosphere was warm and romantic and we were made to feel welcome. Great job to management for making sure all employees are very well trained.
Took advantage of their recent steak and seafood special. Every facet about the meal was excellent, from service, ambiance, and most importantly, food.

The people and service are amazing. I’ve been to many steakhouses, this particular location is managed extremely well which is why i visit this location so often. The food of course is excellent, this is known. What people may not know is their seafood is our of this world...my favorite is the salmon and how they prepare it...its better than most seafood restaurants.
Their food is great. Their chairs are sup r comfortable. The tables are far enough apart. The ambience is dark and inviting.
Awful from start to finish. We received our starters 40 mins after we sat down. A salad and a crab cocktail. Steaks were overcooked, dry and tasted awful. In their defence they comped the meal, which is the right thing to do
Very disappointed as we have had some good dinners here. The manager and our server were very nice about it.
We were celebrating our anniversary. We were delighted and surprised when our waiter presented us with a photo and special dessert to end our special date. Great way to celebrate!
I love Morton’s. You can always depend on the superior quality of the food and excellent service. As many times I’ve been there, it’s been a wonderful experience.
