Simply one of the very best restaurants in Burbank the food was delicious and our waitress was so personable!! She was very attentive and made sure our sweet gluten-free daughter was absolutely no allergens in her food! Their wine selections far above par and portions are perfection on a plate! Kudos to all the staff!

There was an advertisement in the folder the bill came in and the food was mediocre at best. I’ve been to the Burbank location several times since they opened, this was the first disappointment. Morton’s has turned into an upscale Outback Steakhouse.

Came here for 2018 DineLA Dinner. I loved my 8oz Filet Mignon, cooked medium rare. It was tender and moist, delicious with every bite! I also loved my dessert, the Double Chocolate Mousse, which was rich and creamy. Super chocolaty, definitely, a chocolate lover's delight! I wasn't a big fan of their French Onion soup. It tasted watery and bland. There was hardly any cheese covering the cup, and hardly any bread and onions in there, complete starter joke! Do not get! As for service, it was excellent and on point. I wouldn't mind coming back here again, but I'll avoid their French Onion soup.

Three of us met for dinner as we had not been together in a while.
I spent about $500 for the food and drinks.
We were not impressed at all.
Meat was cooked perfectly but needed a dipping sauce as both the seafood and meat were dry. Side dishes were good but pretty hard to eat without a tasty main course.
Our server was great.
The bartender could use a "charm school" course.
Don't think I will ever be back as a better experience could have been had at the "Smoke House".
Plus the Burbank space lacks any charm.

Always a great place, but on New Year's Eve the staff seemed a bit stressed and the service was just OK. Food is always good. The noise level was WAY too high. We actually had trouble talking to each other it was so loud.

We were really looking forward to our New Years' Eve dinner at Morton's in Burbank, having recently enjoyed a terrific experience at Morton's in Beverly Hills. Unfortunately, our expectations were pretty much dashed the minute we walked in. The gentleman at the door didn't even think to smile or say "Happy New Year," or "Welcome to Morton's." He simply took our name and told us "it'll be 15-20 minutes for your table." That's NOT how to start a festive evening. On the other hand, our waiter, Michael, was excellent -- he was very friendly and made good recommendations. But our rib-eye steaks were simply not fabulous; they were, if anything, quite ordinary -- not what one would expect at a first-class steakhouse. When we left, a young woman at the door sort of mumbled "Thanks for coming." The fellow who didn't greet us didn't even bother to look up. (If nothing else, one can say he's consistent.) There are any number of wonderful steak places in L.A. (e.g., The Palm, Ruth's Chris, etc., etc.); Morton's Burbank isn't in their league.

In a restaurant like this I don’t expect my entree to arrive when I’m still eating my salad. Our waiter missed on several elements that evening. The food was extra good tonight so that made up for the rest. Thank goodness.

Our visit to Morton's was a combo make-up dinner date for our 42nd anniversary and Christmas dinner. Usually we celebrate the holidays at home with our adult kids, but we were 'flying' solo this year. We decided to do something special and chose Morton's.

Other than where we were seated, which was in one of two booths in front of the food-prep area (too noisy!), we had a most enjoyable time. We started with Morton's famous onion loaf, followed by a shared chopped salad. Our lovely waitress was kind enough to serve our portion on our own plates. As for the main meal, my husband had the Filet Mignon and I the Rack of Lamb, with mint jelly in its own server. Sides were the Lyonnaise Potatoes and Sautéed Brussels Sprouts. The Sprouts could have been cooked a tad longer, but otherwise our meal was quite tasty and satisfying. My husband had a glass of Merlot and I a glass of Moscato. Both were excellent. We finished the evening with a serving each of the Double Chocolate Mousse. Delish!

As for service, everyone did a fantastic job and treated us as if we were their only customer. Food was promptly brought out, dirty dishes removed, and table cleaned of bread crumbs, with leftovers neatly packaged. Our server was kind, chatty - but not too chatty, and eager to please. She made sure we were comfortable and our needs met, but did not linger too long to allow us our private time. Excellent waitress.

The only caveat was where we sat. Honestly, there should be - at the very least - a clear, Plexiglas barrier behind the two booths backing the prep area, if only to tone down the noise from that section. It was a challenge to have small talk and be heard...and my husband and I sat hip to hip.

In any event, we will probably return to Morton's in the future for those special dinners, but specifically reserve a side booth, preferably far from the food prep area.

We've been to this Morton's as well as other's on numerous occasions around the LA area. However, we were not impressed with your Christmas dinner. My husband said his Cajun Ribeye was "off" and my dry tiny filet and lobster was nothing to brag about. Even the au gratin potatoes by brother suggested where unappealing. They tasted like ham and honey mustard. I most likely will not be returning for a while, and certainly not for a holiday dinner. My only compliments were to our waitress, I think her name was Jessica and my outstanding extra dirty Sapphire Martini. That, you always get it right!

I first called to make a reservation but the person of the phone said they were fully booked and they dont take anymore reservations. I then saw open spots throw open table, and we reserved our table. Upon arrival the hostess was very accommodating, we arrived with a sleeping toddler and they arranged for us a booth so we can lay her down. The service was attentive and on top as well as delicious food (great steaks). The wine list was a bit too long so you get lost in it. Overall a great place and highly recommendable.

Our experience and Mortons was very nice. The restaurant was slightly noisy and was only about one-third full. We had slight trouble hearing each other. The food was excellent. Our waiter was very professional and excellent. Prices are higher than I am used to. The Baked 5 Onion Soup was the best onion soup I have ever had. The lighting is quite dim. My mom had to use the flashlight on her cell phone to see the menu. Overall we had a wonderful time.

We have a wine locker and enjoy filling it when they have a wine tasting evening. This makes each dinner an event with excellent service and great food. The personnel are the best, particularly Jason and the waitress Brittany. Not to forget the great team in the Back who chuck the oysters, prepare the great salads and good the tender steaks. My wife has found the steak Diane to be her favorite of late.

I took my goddaughter out for her birthday. The service was excellent. They make you feel like you're the only one there. If you love meat, you can't get a better steak anywhere. The seafood select is good as well.

Been to Morton's many times over the years. Generally great service and excellent food. We went to take advantage of their occasional Steak and Lobster special for 56 bucks. Hard to beat. The steak and the lobster tail were both excellent. We split a Caesar salad and a Key Lime Pie. I had a cocktail and a Pinot Noir (by the glass), which also did not disappoint. Morton's can be pretty pricey if you order a lot of sides and such, but they usually have good specials and if you can stick to the plan, it ends up being a pretty good deal.

I've been going to Morton's for years. In the last couple of years, I have gone less often (once sold to Lawry's) because the food just isn't what it used to be. They have changed purveyors
or, at the very least, changed the quality. There was nothing 'jumbo' about the shrimp. They
were medium at best and mealy - likely overcooked. This is the 2nd time in a row I've experienced this. The meat was decent but still, not as good as it was in the past. If you're going to skimp,at the very least don't charge the same prices you did when it was a fine dining experience. Disappointed for the last time.

I've been to quite a few Morton's and never had a bad dining experience until this one. Our reservation was for 8 pm and the restaurant was not crowded. Our meal took forever - 45 minutes between salad and main course. We pre-ordered the dessert and had to take it to go due to the lateness of this last course too. Not going back.

We used to go to mortons quite often. But since it's changed not as much. Years ago I had my daughters wedding shower on a Saturday at noon. They opened it up for us. We had an open bar and a set menu. And from then on were treated so nice. I guess those people have gone else where. We noticed people around us were being offered after dinner drinks. They used to offer us but not now. Nothing stays the same I guess. The shrimp, mashed potatoes, asparagus and lava cake were delicious. The steak, and mortons salad weren't very good. Just being honest . Wait staff are still very attentive and nice. Thank you for this opportunity to vent.

It was OK, went for lunch, steak was done properly but small, pricey, didn't walk away with any "wow" factor. Lobster busk flat watery tasting, they did switch to onion soup, but I did finish it. Service was great, from the greeter to our waiter...great! Would I go there again, not sure, better places around Burbank.

We go here quite a bit. This time the service was a little slow, and our server didn't put in our whole order, so one of the sides didn't show up until we were almost done eating, and he forgot to put in my order for a second drink. But I'm pretty sure he was just new, so I totally give him the benefit of the doubt. Food was amazing as always! And the server was friendly and helpful, even if a little forgetful. Every other time service has been excellent, so I would totally still recommend.
