We recommend from Ammoudi Bay only.

    We had an amazing experience at the Armeni fish tavern! The food was absolutely delicious and the staff was so fun! We took a boat to the restaurant and we’re greeted by the owners and the fish that they caught that day! They recommended the best dishes and they were all 10/10! We especially loved the Traditional pasta with cream and seafood dish and the spicy feta cheese with pita! The ambience was delightful. We would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Santorini!

    We have eaten here at 12 october 2023, it was the best meal of the week here in Santorini. We went there from ammoudi bay with a free boat taxi to the restaurant. The people where very nice the food was very very good. I would say if you are in Santorini you must have been there

    Perfection. Such a fun fun night. Dining waterfront with the freshest of fish, and the kindest of service. Truly an amazing experience. Not fancy, just amazing food and the best kind and genuine service (even a free bottle of water for the hike back up the hill and stairs!)

    Book well in advance. Take a Taxi to the Ammudi Bay pickup location, do not drive. The boat will come sometime between 15 minutes before your reservation time and maybe 10 minutes after, so just relax on the small pier in front of the jewelry store and enjoy people watching. You'll see all the ridiculous outfits people wear on Santorini. Do not wear your 5-inch heels. The fish taverna is wonderful---small, isolated, and staffed by crazy-funny men. Eat what they recommend; you won't be sorry. Share a couple of appetizers, they are big. Share a whole fish, who you'll meet face-to-face, sold by weight but not overpriced. Santorini white wines are pretty good and reasonably priced by the house wine carafe. This is a lunch or very early dinner spot. We made a 18:00 reservation and came back on the last shuttle boat with staff at about 20:00. Relax, don't stress, remember why you came to Greece.

    A unique way to spend a night of dining. This experience offered an opportunity to see a different part of the island, have a boat ride and dine with a small group. Service was spectacular.

    This was our favourite seafood restaurant in Oia by a mile. The food was divine particularly the calamari, shrimps and red snapper. The views of the sea were stunning and we even got to burn off our dinner walking up the 200+ steps back to the top - you could get a water taxi however. A must go to if you are staying in Oia beautiful food and a lovely team.

    I hate to give this place 5 stars for fear that the crowds will discover it! But it's such a wonderful hidden gem on Santorini. The atmosphere is perfect, and the service and food are just as good. We dined on fabulous Greek salad, grilled shrimp, and red snapper. The only meal I will be talking about 10 years from now. But seriously, don't tell anyone else ;)

    I mean, WOW. My wife and I were a bit turned off with the thought of going into Oia with the constant commotion around tourist traps, overwhelming movement, obnoxious travelers, etc. so we were hesitant on dining here. Thankful we did after experiencing both Amoudi Bay + Artemi! At first, you're picked up from the dock on the bay and taken on a quick 10 minute boat ride around the bay's point while getting a quick tour experience of the surroundings. Once you get to the location, you're quick to appreciate the little oasis of the locale - something that's highly secluded by the cliffs - you're own little fisherman village escape! Normally, when the experience is so highly served, it's difficult to have the meal match but boy was I was wrong. I had one of the best seafood of my life with some spectacular service. Do not leave Santorini without coming here and make sure to set a reservation right on OpenTable.

    This is a must visit. It is highly rated because it is worth every penny. It wasn't too expensive, less than 200 with tip includes a couple glasses of wine, 2 apps, a fresh fish, dessert and tip. Exclusive ambiance, boat ride included. U can only get there by going to marina amd taking boat ride. So worth it!

    Fantastic place, the boat ride to get there is great, the staff are so friendly and the service is outstanding. The fresh fish is brought to your table to choose, then they suggest how to cook it, listen to what he says as our was cooked perfectly. If you have the muscles, make sure you ask for pitta bread to dip in the broth, wow. We decided to walk up the steps and he gave us a bottle of water. It definatley helped having wine with lunch, as it gave us the energy to tackle the steps and it was easier than we thought. Highlight of our trip.

    A truly memorable meal, the best we had during our holiday in Santorini. Such a warm welcome from all the team at Armeni, incredible food - the freshest red snapper most beautifully cooked and served. And getting the speedboat transfer from the port made for a really exciting arrival and departure. It felt like an adventure. Loved this place. If you get a chance, go!!

    What a wonderful experience! You don’t go just for dinner, you go for the experience, the people, the view and the food being amazing just makes it an all around great experience! The prawns were beyond delicious and we shared a Brim with vegetables and it was more than enough food. This was the only dinner reservation we made during our 12 days in Greece. I was a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews that were not happy with their experience but we had a wonderful time. I am unsure of a price minimum as some mentioned. Maybe we met the minimum. I would definitely recommend Armeni Fish Taverna. Make sure you take the boat ride over and back.

    What a restaurant! This was the best fish I ever had in my life, extremely fresh and delicious. We picked out the fish caught that day before it was prepared for us. This was the best meal for our whole trip to Greece. It was amazing and a must for anyone visiting Santorini.

    It was not easy to go to the restaurant (200 steps and my husband had problems with his knie) Buth the nice view and seating near the see was amazing The food was very fresh and we eat a red snapper and shrimps. Verry good The restaurant has a boot that bring us back to the other port of Oia What an adventure Not many people and authentic !!!!!

    Our favorite restaurant in Santorini. You get to travel there by boat. The staff is very charismatic and extremely attentive. Food was outstanding and a very good value. Ambiance perfect especially to enjoy sunset. Get a reservation for about 6pm so by the time dinner is finishing you can enjoy the sun going down

    Absolutely fantastic experience. We had mussels, prawns, a specially picked sea bream, and dessert all were top class. The staff are hilarious and a great very well run efficient team. I'm glad we sampled this occasion, it will be forever in our hearts. Thank you for an amazing day guys ❤️

    This is a beautiful experience to dine at such a remote location. A boat takes you to a charming fisherman’s restaurant with unparalleled views. Be prepared for a steep, rocky hike to Amouldi Bay or opt to take a taxi down from Oia. It’s a good place to take your time to enjoy your setting, company and meal for a unique and memorable night out.

    Dining here was amazing all around. The restaurant picks you up by boat and takes you to their location, which is right on the water. You select the catch of the day you’d like to eat and they prepare it for you fresh. The service was amazing and the food was delicious. I couldn’t recommend more.
