Had to walk over to the bar to pay my bill. No server showed up 😑
Bad experience, service is zero score! we had to get up three times to call the waiter, they had only 4 tables in attendance and could not handle it, the waitress simply answered and didn’t look to the side, in addition we had to endure a man who seemed to own the restaurant smoking a very stinky cigar next to our table without any respect, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. This experience in the world's tallest building is unbelievable
Christmas dinner was great the atmosphere was so nice and calm and the decor is very stimulating and pleasing! Very great ambience

Poor. Kitchen closing. Told most things on menu wasn’t available. We were an afterthought for staff. Rushed to order then left to it. No drinks offered. Just a really disappointing experience

This was a birthday treat for my girlfriend & I can not believe the service & experience we received. This was our 1st time at really trying fine dining & it was a truly magical & amazing experience. The restaurant was stunning, the layout was amazing, we had views of the open kitchen in the middle of the restaurant & also amazing views of the famous dubai fountains. The food was stunning & out of this world. The added little extras my girlfriend had for her birthday was a lovely touch & made the whole truly magical. I have already recommended this restaurant to friends already due to the location, service & amazing food.
We went there to celebrate our daughter’s 18th birthday. The staff made her feel special. Quality of service is second to none. Food unbelievably amazing and a wonderful view of the Dubai Fountains on the night . If you are looking for a special place to go where they treat you as a star this is the place to go. Highly recommend it!!
Enttäuschend. Positiv: Wunderschönes Ambiente, modern und dennoch angenehm und nicht kalt. Negativ: Das Essen ist enttäuschend. Durchweg jeder Gang ohne Esprit. Extrem hohe Preise auch auf der Weinkarte. Produkt Qualität nichts besonders. Geschmacklich enttäuschend, sehr schade. Service sehr bemüht aber wenig koordiniert.

Absolutely amazing meal
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Service und dem Essen. Besonders der Chef Koch hat uns sehr imponiert. Das einige Manko war die verwirrende Speisekarte. Aber der Kellner hat uns da sehr zufrieden unterstützt.
Perfect restaurant. Really italian food and a very excellent service. The atmosphere is awesome as Well As the view on the fountains. A very special thank to Eleonora who helped us during all evening long, even to prepare a little surprise to our parents for their anniversary. Very good choice!

There was no atmosphere what so ever - high end setting and mediocre service however very dull and boring! No live music or ambiance. Not very busy at all, felt uncomfortable.
As restaurant was quite empty, waiters had nothing to do and kept coming and asking if everything was okay, which is great, but not every 5 mins causing a distraction to our evening. Not impressed.
Food was very pretentious and too salty. Definitely not good value for money. Shame as I had high expectations.
Will not be going again.. unless things change - ALOT! Poor.

The head chef who happened to be Italian visited our table, discussed the menu and through conversation happened to be from the same provenance in Italy as my partner.
He definitely adds excellence to the restaurant as well as being extremely talented.
The live music was as awesome.

当日は窓際に良いお席でした、テラス席はデザートや飲み物のみ提供なので
食後にテラス席へ移動する事を提案頂き先に食事をする事にしましたが
英語があまり堪能では無い私の会話をスタッフが一生懸命に理解しようを務めて下さり
メニューには無い白トリュフを希望したら、厨房からシェフが私の席まで出向き希望のメニューを聞いて望み通りの絶品料理を作って頂きました
ドバイ最後の夜はファウンテンショーを見ながら素晴らしいディナーでした
Incredible experience. Chef was wonderful and made us feel so special. The entire staff was truly exceptional! Great views of the fountains as well. LOVED it!

Above and beyond our expectations
Amazing service, amazing food and drinks . Our waiter Vladimir was amazing and so nice to us. The chef was very attentive as well. Would def go again. Everything was beyond our imagination.
Service was at an exceptional level; we had no less than 5 different people attending to us all with a high level of knowledge. The only ‘blip’ was a young Chinese waitress, whose question we could not understand. The Manager explained she was learning and that they had employed more Chinese speakers due to the high number of Chinese clients, who di not speak English. The food was exquisite, the wine was good but overpriced ( that is Dubai!) and we took dessert on the terrace to watch the Light Show and dancing fountains, which completed the night. The desserts were fantastically created and looked amazing on our photographs. Sadly they did not taste as good as they looked...give me a proper Tiramisu any time over the Armani deconstructed version. This is a minor complaint- the pastas were superb; the Angus main course is sublime..the beef probably the most velvety I’ve ever tasted. It’s worth a visit once but as there are so many great places to dine in Dubai, the prices would probably put me off returning - especially the wine prices!!
I was celebrating my 55th birthday in Dubai and selected the Armani based on the location.
It was a wonderful evening. The food was excellent and the staff was kind and very attentive. They gave me a beautiful set of roses and a unique 😀 dessert for my birthday.
The head chef also came by before dinner and spoke to us for a while and we thought that was very nice.
Dubai is a stunning city and I had a fabulous week!
Armani Restaurant made it even more special.

Caro para una comida mas que normal. Mi pasta hecha en casa es mil vezes mejor.
We had a long layover in Dubai and wanted to go somewhere special. This restaurant was a spectacular find! It was at the base of the Burj Khalifa (the tallest building in the world). You can have a cocktail and appetizers overlooking the fountain shows at the Dubai Mall then go into a beautiful main dining room for dinner. The menu was wonderful and our meal was delicious. The manager, Taras, was a gem. He was able to give us a quick tour and introduced us to the Executive Chef. We are HUGE foodies and eat at fine dining establishments all over the world. This was a truly special, memorable meal.

Excellent food in a special atmosphere which suits occasions requiring something special. Service was very attentive whilst not being overly fussy. Food superb.
We booked a table for celebrating our engagement. The service was just perfect. Without saying anything Natalie offered me some Mocktails (I was pregnant) and also I had just once at the beginning to say that I am allergic to wheat flour and she offered me the dishes I was able to eat.
The atmosphere with awesome life music was just beautiful and we enjoyed our absolutely imcredible and famcy dessert on the balcony terrasse, were we had a direct view on the water fountains.
Highly recommended!
